Good Day!
In these times, I hope you and your family is safe and doing well. I am Aquino, Elen Cia P, a 2n
d-Year Law Student at San Beda University- College of Law, with student number L-1800272. I
am writing this letter in order to humbly ask you to grant my petition for an exit grade of 75 in th
e following subjects that I took during the 1st semester of school year 2019-2020.
1. Constitutional Law I, under Atty Joseph Andres (1G)with a grade of 74

2. Criminal Procedures, under Atty. Francesca Senga (2E) with a grade of 71

I have been disqualified to enroll due to the 2- flunk rule. I will not be able to enter 3rd year in Sa
n Beda University-College of Law Mendiola I acknowledge my shortcomings and promise to aim
higher and strive more in order to get better grades in law school, in order to fulfill my dream of b
ecoming an attorney. All these struggles are what mold us into becoming a competent lawyer so
meday. I have decided to continue on with my law school journey in another school. In these
pandemic times, I no longer want to burden my family and love ones. I am knocking to your
merciful heart to grant my petition for a grade of 75 in these subjects.

I hope that you will be kind enough for a favorable and positive response. I am forever blessed an
d thankful to San Beda University-College of Law, studying law here a life- changing experience.
