Infineon Flasher - Unlocker Help

INFINEON FLASHER – UNLOCKER HELP

1.Phone connecting

- Start software
- In “Ports & Settings” window check “Enumerate Ports” and select port on which box
is. Select baudrate on which you want to communicate with phone-higher baudrate
means higher working operations speed. Possible baudrates are
115200,230400,460800 and 921600 bd.

- In “Models & Cable” window select your needed model.


- Check if this phone model supports USB mode:
- Select your needed connection mode – STANDART connection for working via box
and RJ45 cable or USB connection for working with USB cable, connected to PC
directly
- In “Models & Cable” window near phone model look what cable is needed
- If you selected STANDART connection-connect powered OFF phone to box via RJ45
cable, press
- “CONNECT PORT” and “CONNECT PHONE” , press phone’s POWER ON shortly and
wait until phone will connects and phone info will be read.
- If you selected USB connection-select anyone existing port or same port where box
is, press “CONNECT PORT” and “CONNECT PHONE” and connect phone to USB cable-
phone must be without battery
- Wait until phone info will be read
WARNING! For working in USB mode – phone USB drivers must be installed. All possible
drivers can be found at automatic supports sites in “LG”-“LG
software”-“Software”-“Software for SmartCard dongle”-“LGQ-AMOI-ZTE drivers” folder. For
Infineon phones – “ LG_Infineon_USBDriver” must be installed.

USB cable which goes together with phone or anyone LG USB cable with KG800
connector can be used. LG Qualcomm models USB cables can be used also.

Service functions like “READ IMEI”, “WRITE IMEI” and “RESET PHONE” are not supported in
USB CONNECTION mode – if you want to use it – you need to select “STANDART
CONNECTION” and use RJ45 cable.

Some phone versions in USB mode not allow to use all possible functions, and for such
versions after connecting software can show next message:
- If you get such message, it means , that such phone you can only flash in USB mode,
if you want other functions like “DIRECT UNLOCK”, “READ SIM UNLOCK
CODE” ,“WRITE BACKUP”, “REPAIR EEPROM” or “READ FLASH” - you need to use
STANDART CONNECTION mode
- If you want only to flash phone, press “OK”, later press “DISCONNECT PHONE” and
disconnect phone from USB cable, after press “CONNECT PHONE” and connect phone
to USB cable again
- Wait until phone will connects, go to “FLASHER” section and select flash file (BIN,
CRB and FLS
- Flashes are allowed) and flash phone

WARNING! All other functions in this LIMITED MODE not works

UNLOCKER SECTION

1.”DIRECT UNLOCK” FUNCTION

- This function is for phone’s direct unlocking. When software makes DIRECT UNLOCK
in most cases it creates SP zone backup and places it in “LG” – “Backups” folder.
Backup file looks like for example “LG-KP500_357920024455667_bkp.crf”.Backup
files are not overwritten-if software will create next backup file ,it will look like “LG-
KP500_357920024455667_01_bkp.crf”, “LG-KP500_357920024455667_02_bkp.crf”
and etc.
- Backup file can be used to restore phone to previous state using “WRITE BACKUP”
function.
2.”WRITE BACKUP” FUNCTION

- This function is used to write to phone before read backup file. Press “WRITE
BACKUP” – select your needed backup file and it will be written to phone.

3.”READ SIM UNLOCK CODE” FUNCTION

- This function is to read phone SIM UNLOCK CODE

4.”REPAIR EEPROM” FUNCTION

- Use this function to repair blinking, freezing phones

5.SERVICE FUNCTIONS – “READ IMEI”, ”WRITE IMEI” and “RESET


PHONE”

- To use these functions phone must be connected in different way. For connecting
phone must be ON and without SIM card.
- Connect RJ45 cable to phone and press “CONNECT PORT” at software, don’t press
“CONNECT PHONE” :
- For IMEI reading press “READ IMEI” and wait until software will read IMEI – if it can’t
do this, try few times to press “C” on phone while IMEI reading goes.
- To write IMEI – check “FIX IMEI” and to IMEI window enter your needed IMEI – after
this press “WRITE IMEI”. Some phones for IMEI changing need “DIRECT UNLOCK” or
“ENABLE WRITE IMEI” functions. Anyway software by self will inform you – these
functions are needed or not.
- For phone resetting – phone code clearing and etc. – use “PHONE RESET” function.

FLASHER SECTION

1.”ADD FILES” FUNCTION

- This function is for selected flash files adding to “FLASHER” window. In Open File
dialog window select your needed flash files and they will be added to “FLASHER”
window .Function supports multi selecting – you at once can select few files – simply
keep pressed “CTRL” on PC keyboard when selecting needed flash files.
- In additional way flashes can be added by drag and drop – simply drag and drop flash
file on “FLASHER” window.

2.”REMOVE FILES” FUNCTION

- This function is to remove flash files from “FLASHER” window.

3.”WRITE FILES & DO JOBS” FUNCTION

- This function is for selected flash files writing.

WARNING! FLASHER supports not only encrypted CRC, CRF and CRB files writing, but also
and LG factory flashes with extensions BIN, CAB, FLS, CUST, EEP and DFFS writing. If factory
flash consists of few files like files with .cust, .fls and .dffs extensions – they all must be
opened at once :
READER SECTION

1.”READ FLASH” FUNCTION

- This function is for flash file reading. Select what you need to read and press “Read
flash” for this.

ABOUT & SUPPORT SECTION

1.”ENTER SUPPORT SITE”

- This function is for support site entering. Select one or other support site and press
“ENTER SUPPORT SITE” button to enter to it :
