Write the IPO tables to solve the following problems. Complete in a Word document and

1. Calculating the average of two numbers.

Sum up the two numbers 2+14=16
And divide by how many numbers
there are in total. 16/2=8

2. Calculate the amount of money earned in a walkathon by first requesting the


amount pledged per mile from a user and then requesting the number of miles
walked.

How many miles walked. If $10 pledged for 1 mile, and walked Money earned

10 x 10 = $100

3. Calculating the area and perimeter of a triangle.

Height of the triangle? If the height is 10 Area is 100
Base of the triangle? If the base is 20

Area= bh/2

Area=20x10 = 200

200/2= 100

4. To stay in a motel costs $30 per person for each night as well as a $5 surcharge
if the guests have a pet. Phone calls cost $1 each. 13% tax must also be added.
Calculate the final bill for a stay in the motel.
