Monday 7:30am-5:30pm  Told the parents that we were having a virtual Google
January 10, 2022 meet.
 Monitored student’s activities and outputs.
Tuesday 7:30am-5:30pm  Held a virtual meeting using Google Meet to discuss the
January 11, 2022 limited face-to-face classes.
 Reminded the parent/guardian to check their child's
modules and outputs to ensure everything is complete.
Wednesday 7:30am-5:30pm  Asked the parents about their child's health, if they have
January 12, 2022 comorbidity, and if they are willing to send their child to
school.
 Received and entertained students to address their
queries about the Filipino module and output.
Thursday 7:30am-5:30pm  Asked the parents' decision if they wanted to send their
January 13, 2022 child to school.

 Notified the parents regarding the academic health break


due to increasing COVID cases.
Friday 7:30am-5:30pm  Submitted IWAR and WHLP
