Creating an action plan can assist change makers in making their goals a reality, as well
as increasing efficiency and responsibility within a company. An action plan defines how
your business will achieve its goals through comprehensive action steps that specify
how and when these steps will be carried out.

2. What are the essential things that you need to consider when formulating your action
plan? Why?

Setting objectives, assessing the objectives, identifying action required meeting the
objectives, determining how to evaluate the activity, agreeing on a time frame for action,
identifying resources (human, financial, and technical), finalizing the plan, and
evaluating the results are the seven steps in creating an action plan. Creating an action
plan entails making concepts generated during strategic planning or review a reality. It
entails determining the procedures that must be performed in order to attain the goals of
the resource center.

3. What are the biggest obstacles that you may encounter in doing your action plan?

Some of the obstacles that may encounter in doing action plan are the ability to properly
identify goals and the steps necessary to attain them. Also, another difficulty
understands of the factors that may aid or impede advancement, and the capability to
locate resources and sources of assistance that may assist you in achieving your goals.

4. How does action planning help you and the community?

A community action plan serves as a framework for carrying out actions determined by
the community. The emphasis is on the process of understanding and resolving
problems in order to reconstruct people's lives, rather than on physical development,
such as building houses, providing health services, or recreational facilities. It is critical
to recognize that the community should be the primary actors in developing their own
community action plan. The creation of an action plan enables individuals to take
practical and concrete actions toward participatory development planning in order to
improve the services that are vital to them.
