1. This check-list is to be sent duly filled-up with remarks, if any, along with Spoke (Dealer /
Vendor) Appraisal Note to Centralized ‘Supply Chain Finance’ dept., BCC, to ensure that
nothing relevant is skipped and all the requisite information is obtained & incorporated in the
Appraisal Note under relevant heads.
2. Also, copies of relevant documents / papers to be submitted to Central SCF, BCC along
with Spoke (Dealer / Vendor) Appraisal Note. Further, one set of documents / papers to be
retained at SMELF and another set of the same to be sent to concerned Branch after
sanction of limits.
3. Where the spoke is located in an area not under the purview of any SME Loan Factory, then
this activity will be carried out by respective Regional office.
