Employee Management

JOINING FORMALITIES

It is required to ensure that the details of your personal records be accurate at all
times for all official purposes and to reach you immediately for any urgent
communication.

You shall be required to acknowledge the induction checklist at the time of joining.
Some of the important aspects described in the checklist are given below.

You are required to,


➢ Provide complete information about your personal and professional
details in the Employee Data Card and hand over following documents –
duly filled - to the Consultant HR.

• Bank account details


• Family Details for Medical Insurance
• Details to Open PF Account
• Education Documents
• Experience Documents
• Pan Card copy, Passport Copy or Aadhar Copy (Mandatory)
• 2 Passport Size Photographs

➢ We shall be opening a corporate savings account to which the salary shall be


credited every month.

WORKING SCHEDULE & COMPENSATION

Working Hours
• You will work as per client’s time schedule and report to work on all regular
working days. While it is mandatory that you work for a given 9 -hr. shift, it may
be required, at times, that you put in additional hours, based on project/assignment
deadlines and requirements.
• Sometimes the client may require your presence round the clock- seven days a
week. This will be organized by the reporting authority in the client location, and
you are expected to co-operate and work on weekly off days/holidays during
exigencies of work.
• Under such circumstances, Compensatory Off may be availed with the approval
from the respective heads. Normally employees work on a regular shift. If, for
some reason, employees have to work on other shifts, the respective reporting
authority will communicate the changes in advance.
Attendance/Time sheet
Your salary payment is based on the attendance and the approval of Time sheets.
You must send us the approved Timesheet (approved by your reporting authority),
based on which the salary for the month is processed.

Dress Code:
• Business Casuals at all times. (Collared Shirts or T-shirts, Jeans, Shoes etc.)

Company Assets:
• Any company assets like laptops should be maintained well and should not be used
for personal surfing or for storing personal files of any kind.

Leave Policy:

• You will be entitled for 18 Days of leave in a year starting with January and ending
with December. Eligible leaves will be calculated in a pro-rate basis from the date of
joining.
• Leaves unused by the end of the year will be carried to next year until the month of
March automatically and cannot be carried forward further or encashed.
• Need to copy Nfinity along with Team Leads/Team Manager for all leave requests.
• Need to give a minimum of 30 days’ notice for all planned leaves for more than 2
days.
• For Emergency or sick leaves, should notify the shift team leads and Nfinity as early
as possible.
• If there is no intimation for the first 3 days of emergency/casual leaves to Nfinity or
Team leads, we will be considering as absconded.
• If any of the above conditions are violated, it would result in Loss of Pay.

SALARY PAYMENT & ALLOWANCES & RE-IMBURSEMENT:

➢ Employee Salary will be credited on every month on or before 5th.


➢ Any other allowance provided by client or Nfinity will be credited separately
on or before 15th of every month.
➢ Any reimbursement employee needs to submit the bills by the 20th of every
month, the amount will be credited on next month's 15th. Late submission will
be considered in following month payroll.

MEDICAL INSURANCE

➢ Nfinity provides a medical insurance to all their employees a sum of Rs.2 lacs
(includes employee, partner, and children)

Notice Period:
As per the terms in the agreement letter needs to be served.

Shift Timings:

Shift timings need to be strictly adhered to at all times.

Consumption of Alcohol:

Consumption of alcohol and/or attending office in an inebriated condition is strictly


restricted. Any person who violates this condition, will immediately qualify for
termination without any notice.

Confidentiality:

➢ Salary and other terms of your offer letter are strictly confidential and shall not
be shared with any other colleagues, contractors, or full-time employees of
Nfinity. Any violation in this regard will automatically qualify you for
termination.

➢ Any information shared by the client will have to be kept confidential and
cannot be disclosed to anyone.
EXIT / SEPARATION

By Employee

➢ Your employment with us can be terminated by either party, by giving prior notice,
in writing and during probation notice period will be immediate. At the discretion
of the management, one-month gross salary may be paid along with GST and / or
other applicable taxes to the Organization in lieu of the notice period. However,
notwithstanding the notice period mentioned herein, if you commit breach of the
terms of this employment agreement, then the Organization may terminate your
employment with a day's notice.

➢ Upon receipt of confirmation from the client, the No Due form and on providing
the required notice period, we shall proceed to complete the exit formalities.
