NOTIFICATION

CONSTITUTION OF INDIA.

No. ROB 2021/C. R. 55/18 (O & M).— In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (3) of
article 166 of the Constitution of India, the Governor of Maharashtra is hereby pleased to make the
following rules further to amend the Maharashtra Government Rules of Business as follows,
namely :–
1. These rules may be called the Maharashtra Government Rules of Business (Amendment)
Rules, 2021.
2. In the FIRST SCHEDULE appended to the Maharashtra Government Rules
of Business, under the heading “14. Subjects allotted to Planning Department”, under the sub-heading
“I-Planning”, after entry 18, the following entry shall be added, namely :–
“18-A. Annasaheb Patil Economic Backward Development Corporation. ”
