THIRD PARTY AFFIDAVIT

I, Syed Arafat Ahmed S/o Syed Ashfaq Ahmed aged about 28 years presently working as Deputy
Manager (legal) with Kfin Technoloiges Private Limited having address at Selenium Towers – B,
Financial District, Nanakaramguda, Plot No.31 & 32, Road No.1, Gachibowli, Hyderabad, do here by
solemnly affirm and state as follows:

1. That I am the Authorized Representative above named and 3rd party/Petitioner and hence I
am the competent to state the below facts of this affidavit.

2. It is submitted that the 3rd Party/Petitioner being KFin Technologies Private Limited
(formerly known as Karvy Fintech Private Limited) (‘KFintech) is a Category - I Registrar &
Transfer Agent (RTA), duly registered with Securities & Exchange Board of India (SEBI) engaged
in providing various “Registrar & Transfer Agent (RTA) related Services” to listed and unlisted
companies.

3. It is submitted that the 3rd Party/Petitioner in the capacity of an employer have employed a
candidate by name Mr. Aqeel Ahmed and during his background verification it was found the above
case existed against him.

4. It is further submitted that to verify the credentials of Mr. Aqeel Ahmed we require the
below documents i.e., a) CC of Judgment dated 14-03-2016; b) CC of FIR along with Complaint in
the above case in order to verify the credentials.

It is therefore prayed that the Hon’ble Court may be pleased to issue the certified copy of
documents as per the Copy Application in my favour in the interest of justice and equity.
