Test of Difference Between Profile and Factors Affecting The Academic Performance Variables Test Stat Computed Value P-Value Remarks Decision

The document presents the results of statistical tests examining the relationship between student profiles (sex, economic status, gadgets used, internet connectivity) and factors affecting academic performance (environmental, family, personal). T-tests and F-tests were used to compare groups on each factor, finding no significant differences as all p-values were greater than 0.05. Therefore, the null hypothesis that there is no significant difference between student profiles and factors affecting performance is accepted. In summary, the study found student academic performance was not significantly impacted by their profile characteristics.

H0 : There is no significant difference between profile and factors affecting the academic performance. α =0.05

As shown in the table, the profile and factors affecting the academic performance of BSN

3nd year students at CatSU is not significant since the p-values are greater than the α -value.

Therefore, at 0.05 level of significance the null hypothesis is accepted. This means that the data

does not provide sufficient evidence to support the claim that there is a significant difference

between the profile and factors affecting their academic performance. This means that there is no

significant change in the academic performance of students regardless of their sex, economic

status, types of gadgets used and type of internet connectivity.
