Target customer of one plus -
This brand's target customer is primarily between the ages of 14 and 35, depending on their
ability to purchase the company's items. It also includes tech people and Android devotees who
want to get their hands on the latest gadgets as soon as they are released.
Competitors of one plus
1. Samsung - Samsung is a South Korean electronics manufacturer Samsung manufactures a
wide range of consumer and industrial electronics, including appliances, semiconductors,
digital media devices, integrated systems, memory chips and other things. It became one of
the most well-known technological brands.
2. Apple - Apple Inc manufactures and design smartphones, wearables, tablets, personal
computers and accessories, as well as a number of connected services. iPhone, Mac, iPad,
Wearables, Home, and Accessories are among the company's goods.
3. Xiaomi/Mi- The company was founded in China and was previously known as Mi, but will
now be known as Xiaomi, with two unique sub-brands: Xiaomi and Redmi. Smartphones,
speakers, televisions, and a variety of other gadgets are among the items they produce.
Points of Difference
1. Personally relevant- One plus phones and others products like earphones/TV which are
truly designed uniquely from other brands in the market, they have supplied the products to
its customers at a fair price with a variety of features.
2. Distinctive and superior- OnePlus sets itself apart from the competition by taking a
minimalist approach to design and software development. Smartphones are always
simple and attractive, with a strong emphasis on use for their customers
3. Believable and credible- One Plus has a reputation for creating and releasing high-
quality devices, so they have employed Oxygen OS, which is widely regarded as one of
the best Android skins ever created. Their new phone OnePlus 9 Pro, powered by
Qualcomm's latest and finest Snapdragon 888, has much more than enough power to
tackle different types of uses. The powerful processor, combined with ample RAM and
space delivers premium performance on par with the greatest Android flagships.
Points of Parity
1. One plus has point of parity with other competitor's brands like they no longer only sell
smartphones but have also begun manufacturing other products such as TV and
wireless earbuds.
2. The business employs a marketing approach that is comparable to that of other
companies, such as celebrity endorsement and influencer marketing
3. Some of the colours on the phones are identical to those on other brands.
4. The camera quality on the One Plus is comparable to those of other Android devices.
