Fs 2 - Learning Episode 1 - The Teacher We Remember Analyze
ANALYZE
1. From the PPSTs, the Southeast Asia Teachers Competency Standards and the TEDx
videos that you viewed, what competencies does a great teacher possess?
- An excellent teacher is a skilled listener who acts spontaneously without being
unreasonable. A competent teacher has good communication skills; he understands when
and how to approach a child, whether he is performing well or making a mistake. An
excellent teacher understands how to relate and sympathize, as well as how to put himself in
the shoes of others. A skilled teacher quickly adapts to changes and his pupils' attitudes.
2. Are these competencies limited only to professional competencies?
- No, a great teacher may be professional, but a professional teacher can also be a
poor teacher. Simply expressed, a doctoral instructor can be packed with so much
information, but she may not be able to assess his students adequately. The beginner teacher,
on the other hand, knows each student and reacts appropriately to each of their students.
3. For a teacher to be great, is it enough to possess the professional competencies to plan
a lesson, execute a lesson plan, manage a class, assess learning, compute and report grades?
Explain your answer.
- No, there may be unprecedented happenings, thus a great teacher must be prepared
for what is to come. Being a great teacher also entails being considerate when it comes to
assigning grades, computing, organizing lesson planning, and other responsibilities. This
takes far more than simply being a teacher. To accomplish things out of the ordinary and
give what people deserve, a determined heart is required.
4. For a teacher to be great, which is more important – personal qualities or professional
competencies?
- A teacher should have strong personal traits since they reflect and echo on his aura.
A teacher with a good upbringing and has a good heart that leads students to a new form of
learning that feeds the soul.
5. Who are teachers that we remember most?
- We remember teachers who have done both good and terrible things to us. But the
greatest teachers are those who motivate us to do good and feed our curiosity and spirit with
wisdom and personal experiences in real life.
REFLECT
1. Which personal traits do I possess? Not possess? Where do I need improvement in?
- I understand each of our situations, I know how to sympathize with others, and I am
also a good listener. I listen even when no one wants to hear one's story, and I give them
advise based on my own experience. I lack self-awareness; I am frequently unaware of what I
am doing and what I am capable of doing. I need to work on being a better version of myself
and learning about subjects that interest me.
4. ACT
a. The main objective of my action research is Improve Reading Comprehension of
the Grade 3 pupils.
b. My specific research questions are: If the Context Clues Strategy is used in
reading, then can the Grade 3 pupil improve her reading comprehension?
c. To answer my specific research questions, I Locate the complex word and a clue
word in a sentence which is the context clues.
WORK ON MY ARTIFACTS
Being a teacher is not an easy profession; you must always consider your pupils' sentiments,
abilities, health, and talents. As part of this course, I must remember that there is a
framework that the teacher must adhere to, as well as the qualities and abilities that the
teacher must possess. The most essential thing a teacher can do is to develop relationships
with his or her students. There will be no excellent learning without a solid foundation and
connections founded on trust and respect.
We remember both excellent and terrible teachers. The greatest teachers, however, are those
who inspire us to do good and feed our curiosity and soul with wisdom and real-life
experiences. A good teacher is a good listener who responds on impulse without being
unreasonable. A skilled teacher knows when and how to approach a child, whether he is
doing well or making a mistake. An effective teacher knows how to empathize and sympathize
with others, as well as how to put himself in their position. A smart teacher can swiftly react
to changes in the classroom and the attitudes of his students.

REFLECT
Based on the readings you made and the previous activities that you have done,
1. What significant ideas or concepts have you learned about action research?
- I learned that action researches are a way to which why a student or a class behave the
way they do towards a certain subject, person or environment that they are into. How
students respond to adversaries and how us teachers learn from it.
2. Have you realized that there is a need to be an action researcher as a future teacher?
YES___
NO ____. If YES, complete the sentence below.
- I realized that in a classroom and in a campus different problem are arising and it needs to
be address. Thus, creating an action research helps the school into finding solution to this
problem. It is important to help students acquire the best environment that they need.
- One of the issues I've seen is that students prefer to chat and mumble throughout
class. This is disrespectful to me since discussing anything during class causes
other students to be irritated and upset. They may not say it, but it's true.
REFLECT
What have I realized? What do I hope to achieve?
I realized that for every teaching learning problem, there is a solution. Write a probable
solution
to the problematic situation above.
The best solution for this, in my opinion, is to make the class more interactive so
that students don't murmur and talk to their classmates. When the class is
interactive, it tends to create a positive vibe and smart conversations within the
class, and students will begin to ask questions about the discussion.
PLAN
What strategies, activities, innovations can I employ to improve the situation or solve the
problem?
As a future action researcher, I may develop a suitable intervention like, such as
becoming jollier at the same time calm when getting a lesson in this I don't lose
my cool and instead concentrate on the task at hand. The pupils' eagerness to
study is one of the positive aspects. I'll also do video presentations for you. After
the video presentation, the kids should not be bored and will continue to ask
questions.
ACT
If I conduct or implement my plan, what can be its title?

Your artifacts will be an Abstract of a completed action Research.
This study is a synthesis of an intervention with a Grade 3 pupil that took place between May
24-29, 2021. It focused on improving the reading comprehension of a Grade 3 pupil of
Lourdes Jamero Mordeno Elementary School. According to the Grade 3 adviser's reading
assessment report, 10% of 30 students have difficulties with reading comprehension, but only
one respondent has been chosen to participate in this study due to the Inter-Agency Task
Force (IATF)'s health and safety protocol that need to follow. The quantitative research
design was used in this study. A revised assessment tool designed to determine a student's
reading level which is the Philippine Informal Reading Inventory (Phil-IRI Tool) was utilized
to assess the learner's progress in reading comprehension. The assessment was carried out
both before and after the intervention, and the raw scores were analyzed and graphed.
Context Clues strategy was implemented within 6 days. The respondent was taught the
Context Clue strategy. Context clues are clues found within a sentence, paragraph, or
passage that assist a reader in determining what new or unfamiliar words mean. Base on the
result and the data gathered, the study revealed the Grade 3 pupil of Lourdes Jamero
Mordeno elementary School was able to improve her reading comprehension using context
clues strategy in reading.
1. What concepts have been emphasized in the task and infographics? Give at least four.
1. Action Research is a dynamic process anchored on Reflection—Action Cycle of Observing
Reflecting, Acting, Evaluating and Modifying.
2. Action research is a cyclical, recursive process of observe
>reflect>act>evaluate>modify>move in a new direction is known as action-reflection
(McNiff & Whitehead, 2006). Action research as a form of inquiry that enables practitioners
to investigate and evaluate their work.
3. Action research as a recursive or repeated process, proceeding through spiraling cycle of
planning, actions, reflections and change. (Correy, 1953)
4. Action research cycle that starts with Observe followed by Reflect, Plan and Act which can
also go through evaluation and modification. It also follows a cyclical process.
2. Since the 3 models are all for action research, what are the common elements of the
three?
Observing, reflecting, acting, evaluating, and adjusting are common elements in all Action
research methods. In action research, observations are a frequent technique to gather data.
Action research, in this way, tests ideas as they are produced and provides ‘real-time'
feedback on what is and isn't working.

What have you understood about the concept of Action Research and how will these
be utilized in your practice?
The concepts of this action research get knowledge in motivate and learning. These
will be utilized in my practice teaching to apply all. these strategies.
REFLECT
1. As a future teacher, is conducting an Action Research worth doing? Why?
As a future teacher, action research is worth doing because it’s enables teachers to reflect on
their practice to improve it, become more autonomous in professional judgement, develop a
more energetic and dynamic environment for teaching and learning, articulate and build
their craft knowledge, and recognize and appreciate their own expertise. Research can help
teachers to understand what works and why, what the short and long-term implications are,
provide a justification and rationale for decisions and actions, help to build a repertoire to
help deal with the unexpected, identify problems, inform improvement and so forth.
2. How can Action Research be useful for every classroom teacher?
- As one of many approaches to educational research, it is important to distinguish the
potential purposes of action research in the classroom.

1. OBSERVE
Remembering my classroom observation in FSt 1, I noticed that there are many questions that
I raised in my mind. These include:
a. It is really that the students understood and learned in online?
b. How they can manage the time management as a student and their
responsibilities at home?
c. How pandemic affect their life as a student?
2. REFLECT
Thinking deeply about those problems, perhaps something must have been done to solve the
problem or answer the question, like:
a. Give enough school works to your students
b. Have a consideration to all of your students and motivate them to
study hard so that they encourage to life must go on and to know their
priorities.
c. Creating learning environments that reinforce the view that students
can master academic subjects. Students are motivated to compete with
themselves to meet higher and higher self-determined goals.
3. PLAN
Now that I am in FS 2, I plan to make a plan for my solution to problem (choose from a,b,c )
because it helps the students to lessen their work can have a time to do some activities in
other subject also, they can have time to bonding and to talk to their family. Next is to
motivate and have a consideration because in today that we facing the pandemic and this
pandemic gives to many people anxiety, stress and depression. Lastly to create learning
environments to increased sense of self-efficacy that promotes academic achievement.

ANALYZE :
Scenario A
* Can you identify, Miss Fely's problem?
- Maybe Miss Fely did not thoroughly study and comprehend her lecture, or perhaps she was
unprepared, and as a result, learners are unable to grasp the lesson since it is not properly
conveyed by the teacher.
* What solution to solve her problem? Give your two suggestions.
a. Teacher must be prepared by her lesson before entering the class
b. Teacher must ensure that everyone is paying attention.
* What solution can solve Miss Fely's problem? How ?
- In order to fix Miss Fely's problem, she must thoroughly prepare her lesson and offer it to
the class so that pupils can learn for her.
* Are they matched with the problem?
- Yes, they are matched with the problem.
Scenario B.
* Can you identify the most probable teaching - learning problems in the class of Sir Ryan?
a. Low Expectations of students
b. Low Student Achievement
* Can you propose a solution to solve one of the problems that you have identified?
* In a low student’s achievement, we need to pay attention to the strengths and limitations of
each of your students. Reward their strengths and strengthen their weaknesses.
REFLECT
Following the above-mentioned two scenarios. I've noticed that identifying difficult
circumstances and figuring out how to solve them helps us grow as teachers. It assists
teachers in becoming more independent in their professional judgment, creating a more
active and dynamic teaching and learning environment, articulating and expanding their
craft knowledge, and recognizing and appreciating their own competence.

Answer.
I'll go with learning environment 1, which shows pupils in a room or classroom. Because
students in the classroom have the opportunity to ask questions in the present. It allows
students to participate in small group discussions, participate in various school events, and
spend time with their friends. I can't picture the entire system of face-to-face education
becoming crippled as a result of this pandemic. Those were my favorite days, and I hope and
pray that they will come to an end as quickly as possible. Inside the classroom, learning is
fun and meaningful, and students may witness the genuine nature of the teaching-learning
process. They can learn about diverse emotions toward one another in the classroom through
social contact. Online education, in my opinion, cannot replace face-to-face education and is
the ideal environment for students to reach their full potential.
REFLECT
Based on my noticing and analysis, I realized that
Answer.
a. Face-to-face learning is much better than online learning because it will enable the
children to become hands-on on the different activities while interacting to one another with
their peers.
b. As a teacher, I have a great role in providing the best space for the children to feel and
experience a conducive learning environment.
c. If the pandemic continues, I need to be prepared as a teacher in any possibilities that may
happen for example in delivering module on their home and also making their space as
conducive learning environment.
OBSERVE
What probable problem may result from the two situations of the learning environment?
Answer.
The probable problem when it comes to online learning are the following:
a. Accessibility of time and place
b. Students Attendance
c. Variety of Learning Styles
d. Technology Issues
e. Power Interruption
The probable problem when it comes to face-to-face learning are the following:
a. There is no flexible learning
b. Time of travel from home to school
c. Lack of learning resources
d. Financial allowances
e. Peer destruction
Those are the probable problem that may arise on the two learning situations.
REFLECT
What solutions can I think of to solve the problem?
Answer.
To overcome such challenges, I believe that, first and foremost, as a teacher, I must engage
with students by visiting them at home and asking how they are doing and how I can assist
them. Second, as a teacher, I need to have a plan A and a plan B in place to meet all of the
pupils' educational needs and interests. Third, I need to speak with the parents to learn about
their current condition and status. Fourth, I need to be innovative and cultivate a
mindfulness mindset. Fifth, I need to go the additional mile in order to completely
comprehend my field of work. Finally, I must be adaptable in all I do since the learners'
future depends on my performance.
PLAN
How should I do it?
Answer.
As I previously stated, as a teacher, I am responsible for being prepared for every
eventuality. I need to put up my best effort and willingness to achieve my goals and assist the
students with their needs. The teacher has a significant role to play in resolving these issues.
And here are the particular activities I may take: first, I need to seek the principal's
assistance and counsel before taking the appropriate action. Second, I'll visit with the
parents to learn about their present position. Third, I shall enlist the cooperation and
involvement of local leaders. Fourth, as a teacher I will prepare all the necessary learning
materials and I will adjust all my teaching abilities base on their needs and situation so that I
can cater all of them. Those solutions are intended for the two-learning environment.
WORK ON MY ARTIFACTS
“My Conducive Learning Invironment”
Our surroundings, whether consciously and subconsciously, have an impact on us.
Our surroundings may either push us to focus on our duties or provide distractions that
cause us to lose focus. Students' productivity is influenced by the setting in which they learn
and study. Because children spend around 6 to 7 hours each day in their classrooms, it is
vital for teachers to ensure that their pupils are in a learning-friendly atmosphere. Creating
an environment that encourages kids to study benefits not just the students, but also the
teachers, who will find it simpler and more pleasurable to educate pupils who are focused on
their teachings.
Aside from having a colorful classroom that can precisely capture the interest of the
children, Awards section that can motivate them, Games corner that enable students to play
amongst themselves and foster a closer relationship with one another while they learn,
teachers will also create a classroom that encourages interaction. Teachers can come up
with thought-provoking topics that require students to think critically and voice their
perspectives without bias. Discussions and even disputes encourage creativity and critical
thinking, which are valuable life skills that children should develop while still in school.
Planned engagement also allows quieter pupils to express themselves in situations when they
might not typically speak up. And of course, make the best out of your classroom space. The
classroom should be set up in a way that promotes pupils to be productive. Rather of keeping
to the traditional classroom layout, divide the space into parts, each having a particular
purpose. For example, a study corner, a debate space for students to hold conversations, a
fun corner for students to play games, and so on. This allows both students and teachers to
make greater use of the classroom in order to enhance learning and teaching.

Teacher- centered Student-centered
10 years of basic education K to 12
ANALYZE
What do you think brought the changes in the face-to-face learning environment now?
Technology and globalization, in my opinion, are two important factors that have caused
changes in the face-to-face learning environment. Furthermore, technology has had a
significant impact on how instructors and students approach the teaching and learning
process. It also enhances the school's ability to fulfill the requirements of a diverse range of
children. Students with hearing, speech, or vision problems, as well as those who are mostly
housebound, can now get a good education. With technological breakthroughs, you can now
access everything with a single click of your finger. Furthermore, it improves the educational
system by enhancing the capacity to design learning settings that are conducive to all
students. Finally, globalization has had an impact on our country, as seen by the K-12
program, which is the international norm for the amount of years spent in school. This
transition to the K-12 curriculum caused a lot of controversy at first because of the differing
viewpoints among individuals, but it was a means for us Filipinos to become more
competitive and competent in the global market.
From the changes that you identified, choose one that you can do. How will you do it?
Integrating classrooms with digital learning tools and resources is the use of technology in
education, where it has been utilized to help both teaching and learning. As a result, I can do
it in my future classroom by making discussions more enjoyable and engaging by using
various online platforms to conduct my activities, quizzes, and lectures. Platforms like
Kahoot.it, Edmodo, Schoology, Quizzes, and more. I feel that incorporating these EdTech
tools into my classroom will encourage inclusiveness and the development of digital literacy
skills in my pupils, as well as exposing me to global online communities. Furthermore, usage
and engagement with technology will also promote global awareness for both me and my
students as it is one of the essential components to a 21st century education.
REFLECT
Yes, since an engaging and enjoyable learning environment not only improves students' focus
and attention, but it also encourages them to engage in the teaching-learning process, which
leads to improved student achievement.
REFLECT
How would I solve the problem?
I feel that getting to know my students as individuals will help me offer a welcoming,
courteous, and accepting environment in the classroom. It's not enough to understand my
students' names, ages, friendship groups, and family histories, I also need to dive a little
further to learn about their learning interests and skills. It will not only assist to keep my
students involved in studying, but it will also give a secure area for them to open up and seek
support from me when required when they are going through difficult times. Furthermore, as
a teacher, it will enable me to adapt my teaching techniques and styles as well as
comprehend things from their perspective.
PLAN
What will I do to solve the problem? Describe briefly how you will do it?
Mainly, what I will do is use my students' interests as my teaching tools. It is given that
students have different learning styles as they have different FS2-LE6-MATERNAL
intelligences according to Gardner's Theory of Multiple Intelligences. Refer below for my
learning plan: First, creating a learning goal for all students Set defined outcomes and goals
for the learning period. Second, giving the students different ways to learn the content
Learning new content in visual, auditory, or bodily-kinesthetic ways. Third, creating a
variety of different activities for the lesson. Have activities in the form of dance, journal,
poem, podcast, vlog, and etc. Fourth, letting the students work in the way that is best for
them. It could be by pair, group or individual work. Lastly, evaluating the students in
different ways. Let other elements count toward their final scores, like homework, classwork,
and class participation.

Ms.Ligaya D. Romano’s Grade 5 classroom contains a lot of visual aids on the walls, such
as letters of the alphabet, portrait of heroes and president, tourist sites, and so on. The desks
were arranged in two groups, and every group has 3 rows. The teacher's table is located at
the rear of the room on the right side. On the classroom sides, there are bookshelves and
other learning resources. The front chalkboard is low and within reach of Grade 5 students.
Textbooks, reference books, and other books to read were on hand, as well as charts created
by the teacher herself. The ventilation and lighting in the classroom are both in excellent
condition, allowing Grade 5 students to learn in a healthy environment.
Students' good actions are reinforced, while their negative characteristics are minimized.
Motivation is an effective approach for enhancing a child's current talents and interests. In
this strategy, the teacher will find it simpler to handle and apply a larger range of teaching
strategies. If one technique fails to provide the intended result, the instructor can always
attempt another until it is effective or appropriate for the student.
Their seating arrangement is a bit of a mishmash. It is permissible for girls to mingle with
the boys but the teacher was able to manage her pupils. Their volume is reasonable, and the
teacher encouraged them to take turns speaking so that everyone could hear them.
NOTICE
As a teacher, what have you discovered to be easy to implement in your virtual class?
Online classes are difficult to manage, but we must find a way. The first step will be to
establish laws and regulations, even if it will be done online. My pupils' attendance will be
tracked, and I will use synchronize and asynchronous to give them time to complete their
activities. Only three times may you take advantage of the offer.
How did the students show their active participation in the class?
Student share their answers, opinions, and thought to the class. Even it is online class
students and teacher have interaction by sharing their daily life and insights about the topics.
REFLECT
As a future teacher I feel that the on-line learning environment can be safe if
Students understand how to correctly use technology and devices. The parents' or family's
support and direction play an important role in the student's safety. Examine the security
risks associated with any online platforms or tools that are used with students. Make policies
and procedures transparent and easy to understand for all employees. Communicate with
pupils and keep them informed. Inform parents/caregivers and the community. Make sure
you're up to speed on your internet safety knowledge. If teachers have any concerns when
engaging with students online or at any other time, they should retain written notes and other
proof such as screenshots.
I think that teaching in a virtual learning environment is
It is difficult to manage since the teacher is unable to supervise the behavior of the pupils.
Not every student or teacher has access to the internet or can supply devices in an online
session. Money, internet, energy supply, and the pupils' capacity to deal with the instruction
are all factors to consider.

FS 2 – LEARNING EPISODE 8 – ESTABLISHING MY OWN CLASSROOM ROUTINES
AND PROCEEDURES IN A FACE TO FACE /REMOTE LEARNING
CLASSROOM ROUTINES
ANALYZE
1. What factors/ conditions prompted you to establish those classroom routines and
procedures?
• The factors/circumstances that inspired me to design such classroom routines and
procedures are that I don't want the pupils to show up to class unaware of how they should
act and behave. If you don't develop classroom routines, you'll have to repeat instructions
over and over, wasting a lot of time. As a result, it's critical to set classroom routines and
processes so that students have a roadmap to follow and can put them into practice. By
providing students with specific procedures to follow inside the classroom, they will have a
better chance of succeeding. Students will learn to be responsible by following the specified
routines and processes.
2. Was there a marked improvement in the classroom management after employing in
your classroom routines?
• Yes, the classroom management has improved significantly after I implemented
classroom practices such as those indicated in the first question. First, the class order has
improved significantly; there is now a systematic structure of laws that binds the peace as
well as the class disposition. Finally, there has been a noticeable improvement in the class
relationship, whether it is between the students or between me and the students, with the help
of the routines that I implemented to improve classroom management. There has been a
noticeable change in how the students interact with each other and how they interact with me
as a teacher.
3. Did the teaching-learning process improve? Justify your answer.
• Yes, the teaching-learning process has gotten better. When remote learning is used, it
causes difficulties in the teaching and learning process. Teachers and students, on the other
hand, are more adaptable to this digital era in education. In comparison to previous
teaching-learning processes, students are more compliant when it comes to creating
classroom routines and procedures or improving classroom management. Declaring or
clarifying class rules can have a huge influence on students' involvement. Also, when your
pupils actively participate in class discussions, you'll be able to see if the teaching process
has improved. Today, teachers in online classroom facilitates being independent as they’re
improving their quality in teaching and this can be the best way to guide learners to become
active learners. Teachers are using active learning strategies and techniques to facilitate

• I've noticed that this episode focuses on the classroom norms and procedures. Of course,
it's difficult to manage a large group of pupils, especially in this new situation where we can't
see them, which is why regulations must be implemented in a variety of ways. Teachers must
establish limits for their students, particularly in terms of attendance, performance (oral or
written), tardiness, and collaboration in an online class. Because this so-called new normal
differs significantly from the old form, a great deal of adjustment is required on both sides,
particularly on the part of instructors. They must be adaptable in order to improve their
teaching methods. They must first become proficient in the use of various platforms in order
to avoid mishaps when it comes time to offer a lesson. In order to better meet the
requirements of students and to ensure a seamless teaching-learning process, it is also
necessary to perform a classroom routine in an online setting.
Work on my Artifacts
Take some snapshots of your routines in the class or in remote learning and tell
something about them. You may also write down the procedures you have formulated and
explain the reason for these.
1. Leave the keyboard alone
Whether you’re diligently taking notes or sneakily chatting with your bestie, the sound of
your typing is distracting. It’s not only distracting everyone else in the meeting (because your
laptop’s internal microphone is inches away from your keyboard), it’s also preventing you
from devoting your full attention to the meeting. Opt for a quality headset or pick up your
notebook and pencil or pen to take notes.
Please don't make keyboard noises which taking notes.
Refrain from searching other mediums like watching a movie on YouTube while you
are on a long Zoom meeting or webinar.
Keep your writing stationery ready in advance.
2. Dress appropriately
Dresses professionally take a few minutes to throw on your uniform. The best part of actually
getting into your uniform while online schooling remotely is that you’ll put yourself in the
right head space to be productive.
Wear your uniform
Look presentable
Make sure your hair is well groomed
5. Speak up
When you enter your new online classroom (around two to five people) announce yourself
when you join. It can be awkward to hear the “someone-just-joined” ding followed by
silence.
Don’t be afraid to project your voice, too! Your friends and teachers will appreciate being
able to hear you without having to strain their ears or turn their volume all the way up.
Keep your introduction simple and to the point
Introduce yourself
Notice
1. What salient components have you noted?
We took attention of the teacher-student interaction since it is one of the most important
aspects of the classroom management strategy. The influence of developing a relationship
with your student on their learning is significant. Another is the classroom rules and
procedures, which are the backbone of the classroom and establish the tone for the
atmosphere.
2. Why is there a need to utilize the information to create your classroom management plan?
It is critical to use information while developing a classroom management strategy since it
has an impact on the students' capacity to learn as well as our ability to teach. A well-
managed classroom, above all, has a favorable influence on pupils' academic progress.
3. What were the significant things that you noticed when you were implementing your plan?
We underlined the safety regulations and procedures since it is our responsibility as teachers
to take excellent care of our pupils, keep them safe, and avoid danger.
4. Were there items in your classroom/ remote learning management plan which were not
tailored to the needs of your students? How will you improve on these?
The classroom rules and procedures, maybe we can add some rules to so that it can help to
guide students while learning.
Analyze
1. What elements in your classroom/ remote learning management plan were mostly
followed/ complied with?
Schedule and timeframes were usually followed because it has a time allotted and if you can't
follow then the student will miss a lesson or an activity.
2. What elements in your plan were the most difficult to implement? Why?
Classroom safety standards and procedures are challenging to apply with pupils due to their
age and conduct. Because high school students are more inclined to move without
considering their surroundings, they may be involved in an accident as a result of their
actions and movements.
Reflect
1. What were your realizations after creating and implementing your classroom/ remote
learning management plan?
We realize that it is vital to constantly consider the convenience or opinion of the students
while developing a management plan, particularly in terms of classroom rules and
procedures, so that they can recommend what is best for them. We also recognize the
importance of a management plan since it establishes everything inside the classroom,
including the classroom environment, the tone of the class, student conduct, and, most
significantly, a positive reaction to students' performance and academic outcomes.
