Sir,

Most respectfully I beg to state that I am now residing at 4/5/2,Ramji Hazra Lane,Howrah-711101 which
was an undivided property of my late mother.

After my parents death, me and my brother applied for partition of the house but till now the property
remains undivided. In the Howrah Civil Court our partition suit case ended with some points, but does
not clearly specify the portion either of us obtained.

In the mean time my brother Aloke Kumar Sarkar tried so many times to change the consumer names of
the meters mentioned above.

I fervently request you that change of name in any of the meters must not be granted to him till proper
partition of our house
