COMMODITY: Electrolytic Copper Cathode Grade A 99.99%.

This is in regards to the Copper Cathodes contract with TRANSACTION CODE: QUANTUM/
ORIENTALENERGY /15/2020 as far as the trial order 100 MT is concerned, Supply Contract CIF
Port of SHANGHAI PORT, CHINA.
As per the contract and different communications via whatsapp, we assume your company will
be ready and able to implement the purchasing requirements effectively starting August 26,
2020
Please note the following logistics approximation of the 100 tons delivery;
1). General Description:

Commodity Electrolytic Copper Cathodes Grade A 99.99%


Origin: Congo
First Order 100 tons.
Loading Port DAR ES SALAAM PORT, TANZANIA.
Port of Destination: SHANGHAI PORT, CHINA.
Delivery: Immediately.

2). Logistics Plan:

 After the contract is signed and sealed, booking of the readily available vessel will be
made immediately.
 Seller’s logistics agent Talon Cargo Group (www.taloncargo.com) will commence
transportation of 100 tons from warehouse to the loading port. This takes 1 day via
trucks (distance of 24kms).
 Stuffing and loading of the 100 takes 1 day.
 So, in totality we are talking about 3 to 4 days for stuffing and loading and paperwork
until the 100 tons is put inside the vessel.
 From Loading Port DAR ES SALAAM, TANZANIA to destination Port of SHANGHAI, CHINA
the vessel takes 30 days at sea.
 So, in totality we are talking about 35 days until the 100 tons is at SHANGHAI PORT,
CHINA.
