MY APPLICANT ID IS 19148501.
I have selected this course because I have worked in the field where I got an
opportunity to learn about various aspects of business and management and
from there I generated interest in this field and hence I decided to select the
course business and management (BA Hons).
During my time at the university I would study different modules which are
mentioned below:
Modules of year1:
4. Business in Society
5. The Entrepreneur
Modules of year 2:
Optional modules
Modules of year3:
Optional modules
Advanced practice is the other name for internship. During this time I will
be able to put my knowledge into practice and gain practical exposure.
I read individually and in detail about every module that this course offers and
their benefits to me. I also compared them to the modules offered by other
similar universities. Only after the comparison I came to the conclusion of
selecting this course.
- First of all, Indian Education is more ‘Teacher’ oriented rather than focusing
on a student’s development.
- The system followed in my country is at times very bookish, monotonous
and outdated.
- It provides a very theory based education.
- Foreign education is comparatively more practical and encourages a student
to be more independent.
- Studying abroad will give me more knowledge and exposure.
- The place where I have studied has a very limited range of opportunities for
higher education, so migrating abroad will help me to experience a new
place with better standard of living and quality of education.
- I have heard that foreign education is more group study based which
encourages a student to talk in public making the student become more
confident.
- Quality of Education: The quality of education which you get in UK is pretty
good. There are so many majors to choose from, you can create your own
time slots for your courses.
- I will never be able to study with the international students from across the
world in India, in UK I will be studying in a class which will be mix of
international students.
- I will get an opportunity to learn from the foreign faculties in the UK, which is
not possible in India.
13) How will this course help you to find future employment?
My main aim to study this course is to excel in the subject of my interest. About
future employment as the saying goes ‘Chase excellence and success will
follow’. I am sure that having studied this course at a reputable university like
the university I would attain nothing but excellence and having done that I
would not have to worry about my employability. Studying this course will help
me to be more employable as I will have studied from the very learned faculties
and during the internship I would have got the practice exposure to work in the
UK based company. During the post study work also I can work and gain
experience in the UK based company which will open up doors for working in
India or any other part of the world with bigger organisations.
NO

I chose to pursue further education in UK because

19) What skills you have gained from your work experience?
I have managed to get a practical knowledge of how the industry works. Along

leadership, planning, budgeting, man management, and team working skills.
These skills will help me to better understand the course work and polish my
knowledge.

much savings does he have?
My father is a father and his annual income is 15 lakhs and he has a saving
of 20 lakh for my further education.

No I haven’t applied for a UK Visa before.
I can work 20 hours per week during my term time. But my main focus right
now is to concentrate on my studies. I have not thought about working at the
moment. Once I get my time table and if I have any free time from my busy
schedule then I will think of work.
After studies I will come back to India because I have my family in India. I
have to take care of them. We also have assets in India. Also India is a
developing country with a lot of job opportunities available and I am sure
that having a UK qualification I will be able to get a very good job.
After entering the professional world I have managed to gain Number of years
of experience. During my time at work there have been a lot of changes in
technology and business know how. Due to the lack of these know how I feel I
am not being able to perform to my maximum possible capability. I feel with
further education I would be able to polish my existing skills and any education
is always helpful at any stage of life. Due to globalised world and new
technologies, educational skills are also important hence one should constantly
upgrade educational skills.
