11) What about your accommodation have you arranged that.

I am In the process of finding a good accommodation near my University on

Zoopla.com, Gumtree.com and rightmove.com

12) Why didn’t you take this course in India?

I could have taken this course in India but in that case I wouldn’t have had an
opportunity to learn in a multi-cultural environment. More over the education
system in India is much more theoretical as compared to UK’s practical and
research based balanced education system. This will help me gain an edge and
excel in my future.

- First of all, Indian Education is more ‘Teacher’ oriented rather than focusing
on a student’s development.
- The system followed in my country is at times very bookish, monotonous
and outdated.
- It provides a very theory based education.
- Foreign education is comparatively more practical and encourages a student
to be more independent.
- Studying abroad will give me more knowledge and exposure.
- The place where I have studied has a very limited range of opportunities for
higher education, so migrating abroad will help me to experience a new
place with better standard of living and quality of education.
- I have heard that foreign education is more group study based which
encourages a student to talk in public making the student become more
confident.
- Quality of Education: The quality of education which you get in UK is pretty
good. There are so many majors to choose from, you can create your own
time slots for your courses.
- I will never be able to study with the international students from across the
world in India, in UK I will be studying in a class which will be mix of
international students.
- I will get an opportunity to learn from the foreign faculties in the UK, which is
not possible in India.

13) How will this course help you to find future employment?

My main aim to study this course is to excel in the subject of my interest. About
future employment as the saying goes ‘Chase excellence and success will
follow’. I am sure that having studied this course at a reputable university like
the university I would attain nothing but excellence and having done that I
would not have to worry about my employability. Studying this course will help
me to be more employable as I will have studied from the very learned faculties
and during the internship I would have got the practice exposure to work in the
UK based company. During the post study work also I can work and gain
experience in the UK based company which will open up doors for working in
India or any other part of the world with bigger organisations.

14) Why you want to study from Selected University / College?

I want to study this course from your university because

- The University is one of the most reputable universities providing this

course.
- I have heard about the University in high regards from my friends who have
studied there in past.
- I have also heard that the faculty at the university are friendly yet
professional and helpful.
- Having done a little online research I have found out that the university’s
infrastructure and facilities are great and that it provides for a world class
studying environment.
- The University is very conveniently located in a very pleasant surrounding.
- You need to go through the university website page and read about the
university.

15) Have you applied in any other college or institute?

Yes I had also applied to University of Greenwich, East London University,

Coventry, Birmingham City University, University of Sunderland, De Montfort
University, University of Loughborough and Nottingham Trent University. But
after doing my research I decided to choose Oxford brookes university.

16) Are you married?

NO

17) Why you want to study in selected country UK? Or why did you
select UK for pursuing this particular course?
I chose to pursue further education in UK because

- It hosts one of the best educational systems in the world.

- Along with studies I would also get an opportunity to witness the Historic
places in the UK along with its scenic beauty during my time there.
- It provides a multi-cultural study environment hosting students from all over
the globe. This will enable me to learn about different cultures along with
my studies.
- I would be able to gain theoretical as well as practical knowledge with the
balanced education system of the UK.
- Education from UK holds great value in my country. Therefore it will open
better employment opportunities in future.
- I would be able to complete my masters in 1 year as compared to 2 years in
other countries. This will help me to enter the professional life earlier.
- There are lot of UK based companies in India and Indian companies in the
UK, so I would a better chance of work opportunities if I complete my study
from the UK.

18) Why have you selected UK only and Why not other any other
English country?

When selecting a country for my higher education I was comparing UK,

USA and Canada. In Canada and USA there was no option to select this
course with advanced practice. Only UK was offering me advanced practise.
Also the time duration of this course in USA and Canada was 2 years
without any advanced practise. Whereas in UK I would complete this course
in 21 months (check your course) along with 15 weeks of advanced practise
(check your course). Also the fees for this course in USA is 25 lakhs and
Canada is 22 Lakhs whereas the fees for it in UK is around 14 Lakhs. Thus
by choosing to study in the UK I will be able to complete my course earlier
along with advanced practice and at a comparatively cheaper fees.

I have managed to get a practical knowledge of how the industry works. Along

knowledge.

their Savings which they had saved for my bright future.

of 20 lakh for my further education.

No I don’t have any friends or family in the UK

23) How much money do you think you will spend in the UK every
month?

I think I will be spending approximately 1000 GBP every month while in the
UK.

refusals?
No I haven’t applied for a UK Visa before.

I can work 20 hours per week during my term time. But my main focus right
now is to concentrate on my studies. I have not thought about working at the
moment. Once I get my time table and if I have any free time from my busy
schedule then I will think of work.

27) What is your plan after studies?

After studies I will come back to India because I have my family in India. I
have to take care of them. We also have assets in India. Also India is a
developing country with a lot of job opportunities available and I am sure

After entering the professional world I have managed to gain Number of years
of experience. During my time at work there have been a lot of changes in
technology and business know how. Due to the lack of these know how I feel I
am not being able to perform to my maximum possible capability. I feel with
further education I would be able to polish my existing skills and any education
