-Analyze and improve soil health by increasing organic matter (composting), closing nutrient cycles with legumes and
cover crops, and applying conservation agriculture (CA) principles.
'- Describe, examine and analyze soil profiles, soil texture and soil structure changes.
'- Categorize and mapping the different soil ecosystems in Cambodia.
'- Examine the effects of parent material on soil properties under drought stresses and rainfed floods climate conditions.

- Use QR code and app traceability systems to track the product origin and production labels and ecological added values.
- Get involved in farmer initiatives for re-establishing a more direct connection between producers and consumers, by
mastering networks of farmers’ markets, community supported agriculture schemes, and others short supply chains
options.
- Commit to be involved in building a local food system, based on equity, participation, democracy, justice, and food
sovereignty that helps restore and protects earth’s life support systems.
- Engage as agent of change a transition to more socially just, ecologically resilient, localized food systems, equitable food
