Seven days ago, on January 28th 2022 I buyed a Lenovo laptop at octagon. My laptop is running
as it should, but the cursor does not move when I use the mousepad, some keys do not work
when I’m typing, there is no sound when I play a videos and when I use the laptop suddenly can
not be operated.
I immediately brought the Laptop at your store to get a proper check. I believe that your
