Established in 1984 as the fourth in the prestigious IIM family of management

schools, IIM Lucknow has grown leaps and bounds into a fully integrated global

Prof. Amit Agrahari
Associate Professor, Information Technology and Systems
Indian Institute of Management Lucknow

Prof. Amit Agrahari teaches courses on Digital Transformation and Information

Systems at the Indian Institute of Management Lucknow. Before joining IIM
Lucknow, he worked with Infosys Technologies Limited in their research Labs
(SETLabs). He co-founded the Procurement Observatory, Uttar Pradesh and a
FinTech incubator (SCIFI) at IIM Lucknow. As a consultant, he works closely with
the World Bank Group and Indian Government entities. He received the
Emerald/IAM Indian Management Research Fund Award 2015.

Prof. Ashwani Kumar

Professor, Business Analytics and Information Systems
Indian Institute of Management Lucknow

Dr. Ashwani Kumar is a Professor, Business Analytics and Information Systems

at the Indian Institute of Management Lucknow. He has over twenty years of
academic work-experience. Prior to joining academics, he has also worked in
the industry for about four years. He has designed and developed new courses/
programmes in Predictive Analytics (in collaboration with SAS), Enterprise
Systems (in collaboration with Microsoft) and Digital Transformation. His
research articles have been published in leading international journals. He
holds a PhD from IIITM Gwalior, an MS from National University of Singapore,
an MBA from Melbourne Business School and a B. Tech (EE) from IIT Kanpur.

Prof. Anirban Chakraborty
Assistant Professor, Marketing and Design Thinking
Indian Institute of Management Lucknow

Dr. Anirban Chakraborty teaches design thinking and consumer behaviour at

IIM Lucknow. His course has been voted as the best PGP marketing elective and
he has also been voted as the InsideIIM's Professor of the Year at IIML. He has
conducted design thinking workshops for various organisations (Franklin
Templeton, Samsung India, Piaggio, Indian Armed Forces etc.). He is a Fellow of
IIM Bangalore. He has five years of managerial experience. His research has
been published in leading international journals like Journal of Business
Research, Journal of Retailing and Consumer Services, Journal of Services
Marketing, Journal of Macromarketing, Journal of Social Marketing, Philosophy
of Management, Vikalpa etc.

Prof. D Tripati Rao

Professor, Economics in Business Environment
Indian Institute of Management Lucknow

Prof. D Tripati Rao teaches Economics in Business Environment Area and has
been teaching Macroeconomic Environment, Managerial Economics and
International Economics for Business at IIM Lucknow. He has obtained his PhD
from the Department of Economics, University of Mumbai under the auspices
of RBI Monetary Economics Endowment Research Fellowship and M.Phil
degree in Applied Economics from CDS, Trivandrum, JNU. Besides teaching, he
conducts research and executive training. He regularly writes columns on
Indian Macroeconomy and Policy issues.

Prof. Moutusy Maity

Professor, Marketing Management
Indian Institute of Management Lucknow

Dr. Moutusy Maity has conducted training programmes across various

organisations (Merck Pharmaceuticals, Indian Oil Limited, Indian Armed
Forces). She has consulted with with leading retailers on predictive analytics in
India. She worked with The Nielsen Company, handling clients like PepsiCo,
Frito Lay, and Eveready Batteries. Prior to this, she was an Assistant Professor at
IIM Bangalore, and at the University of Wisconsin, USA. She earned her doctoral
degree in business administration (PhD) from the University of Georgia, USA.
Her research has been published in international journals such as Journal of
Retailing, Journal of Business Ethics, International Journal of Technology
Management and Sustainable Development, Journal of Marketing Channels,
among others.

Prof. V. S Prakash Attili

Assistant Professor, Information Technology and Systems
Indian Institute of Management Lucknow

Dr. V. S Prakash Attili has 18 years of industry experience in IT Service Delivery as

a Consultant, Agile Coach, Corporate Trainer, Senior Manager, and Researcher.
He also has over a decade of management experience and six years of
client-facing roles in the USA. In the role of Learning Partner for Cyber Security
practice, he has supported multiple accounts to strengthen Cyber Security
awareness. As a part of the Infosys leadership teams, he received the Award of
Excellence for Most Valuable Contributor in 2016 and 2018. He is a graduate and
gold-medalist from Andhra University, holds Master’s degree from IIT Bombay,
and PhD from IIT Madras.

Chief Strategy Officer of Vega HR and
Global Delivery Head of Polestar Solutions

Laxminarayanan G is the Chief Strategy Officer of Vega HR and Global Delivery

Head of Polestar Solutions. He is an experienced management consultant with
extensive experience in providing AI and analytics consulting to many Fortune
500 companies over the last 15 years. He has played leadership roles in various
firms including Deloitte and PwC. He is a management graduate from IIM
Lucknow with a Post Graduate Diploma in AI/Machine Learning from IIIT
Bangalore. In his capacity as visiting faculty to IIM Kolkata and IIM Lucknow, he
is engaged in teaching modern day tools and techniques to students. He is an
avid speaker at different industry forums and a regular guide to several MSMEs.

Sridhar Srinivasan
Enterprise Transformation, Business Analytics and Information Management
WinWire technologies Inc.

Mr. Sridhar Srinivasan is a Doctoral Scholar at IIM Lucknow and a Technology

Practice Leader with over 25 years of experience in the IT Services industry. He
has held leadership positions at Wipro Technologies, Brillio Technologies and
WinWire Technologies. He has an extensive industry exposure in BFSI, MFG,
Retail & CPG, Energy & Utilities, Healthcare & Life Sciences, Telecom and Media.
He has built and nurtured practices addressing Business Intelligence, Data
Warehousing, Analytics and Big Data. Sridhar holds an MBA from IIM Lucknow
and a BE from VNIT, Nagpur.

Mr. Deepanshu Sharma is a Business Transformation Consultant, based out of

Gurgaon, with over 25 years of experience in the tech-industry. Previously, he

Business Operations, Microsoft India; GM Marketing & Strategy, Advanced
Micro Devices; Head of Marketing & Communications, Apple Computer India.
His expertise is in crafting and managing long-term business strategy;
business operations and transformation; mergers and acquisitions; culture and
leadership development. He combines practical business experiences with
proven consulting practices to help clients achieve their business goals.

Jerry Gupta
Senior Vice President
Swiss Re

Mr. Jerry Gupta is experienced in finding the Product-Market fit and

developing user experiences, and has launched new businesses both as an
entrepreneur and within Fortune 100 setting. He has conducted due-diligence
on transactions worth over $3B in aggregate value and has raised over $25M in
private placements. Additionally, he has served on the board and as an advisor
to several start-ups in the US and in Spain. Prior to Swiss Re, he was the Global
Head of Program Management at Amazon. He has created and managed the
Innovation and Venture groups at Liberty Mutual Insurance. He has an MBA
from MIT Sloan School of Management, a Master’s degree in Predictive
Analytics from Northwestern University and an MS in Computer Information
Systems from Bentley University. Mr Jerry is currently based out of Boston.

PROGRAMME CERTIFICATE
