Basic rules for committee formation

• Committee member should not be player or manager in any


game.
• One person can join only one committee.
• Every committee will get one Co-Ordinator from staff only.
• If committee member has any query, he/she will contact the
particular Co-Ordinator.
• Contacting direct to upper level is not allowed for
committee members, all committee member should go from
fixed hierarchy.
• Every committee should work properly and our coordinator
will make sure that everything runs smoothly.

1. Head of Event = All Principles.

2. Sport Incharge = All 3 Sport Incharges.

3. Co-Ordinator = Only Staff Members.

4. Committee = Students as committee member.

Team Price- Maximum 1200 points

Role of Team Manager’s

• Justify why want to be manager of a team. (In


google form and in Interview).
• Need to check performance of players.
• Select Player in auction.
• If manager and asst. manager is player, then no
auction of such player. (Organiser will consider
base price of such player is 75 & 50 points resp.)
• If manager gets sponsorship from corporates, then
the condition is that name of SBNM should be
mentioned with event name on t-shirts, cap, jersey,
etc. & at the end need to send all financial
transaction records with organiser.
• Manager should have to handle their team neatly
and should not create any issues in event.
