U.S. citizen or permanent resident Since 1991, International Cultural Exchange Services
enrolled full-time in a public, private, (ICES) has been working to increase cross-cultural
or home school in the U.S. understanding and global peace through high school
youth exchange. ICES provides both inbound and
ICES employees, paid contractors,
outbound exchange opportunities, as well as the Global
board members, and their immediate Ambassador Program in which American students
families are ineligible to participate provide peer support to exchange students in their
communities.
