1. GENERAL
1.1 PURPOSE
This method statement shows and explains the about Erection Structure activity
and to comply with the specification and scope as well to archive the requirement of
the project.

1.2 SCOPE

a. Workmanship shall comply with all document drawing regarding the

structure installation document which is being approved. Please using the
latest and approved document for references.

b. Detail of drawing shall be clear and already IFC. Preparation material and
tools inspection shall be carry out in accordance with specification.

3. BASIC STRUCTURE

3.1 MANNING PLAN

3.1.1 Management & Supervision

The person of responsible for this work refer to attachment section 8.1

3.1.2 Responsibility

a. Site Manager

Site Manager shall be responsible for proper management of the

project.

b. Site Engineer

Site Engineer responsible to plan/design, organize, monitor and

report thetechnical aspects of construction project.

c. Quality Controller

Prepare Inspection and Test Plan (ITP) involves to all activities to make
surethat all result complies with standard requirement.

d. Construction Supervisor

Construction Supervisors responsible to conduct direct worker to

execute the construction work concern at electrical equipment, device,
etc.

e. Scaffolding Supervisor

Instrument Supervisors responsible to conduct direct worker to

execute theconstruction work concern at scaffolding equipment.

f. Safety Supervisor

Safety supervisor responsible to:

➢ Assist the project team in practical expedition of HSE

Procedure HKTM ensuring it is well carried out by site
personnel.

➢ Coordinate with Client’s Safety Representative regarding

projectsafety

➢ Conduct regular safety inspection of the work site and there

after prepare reports for Site Manager for follow up action (if

Establish JOHAN with engineer for utilize work method. Ensure all
activities and coordinate safety supervisors as far as safety working.
Prepare all safetysign and housekeeping.

Control the record of project material both in and out material to client.
Prepare the material require to install.

3.2 WORK SEQUENCE / PROCEDURE

3.2.1 General

1. Ensure that all equipment drawings, instruction and relevant

documentreference are available and latest, prior to erection activities.

2. Ensure that there is sufficient available qualities and competent

technician and helper to carry out the installation/Testing and all
personnel are qualified to perform the work and full familiar with the
tools and equipment.

3. Ensure available of all of materials, including all necessary hand tools,

construction equipment and related testing and measuring apparatus
to perform the work activities.

4. Any installation equipment and apparatus inspected or tested not

confirming to manufacturer’s specification must be reported and
brought to the attentionof site representative.

5. All electrical equipment shall be physically checked, inspected and

tested asper project requirement upon at the site prior to installation.

6. Prepare the rigging procedure if required, other requirement to make

sure installation will be conducted in a safe and sound manner.

7. Ensure that work permits are obtained prior to proceeding with the
work in the area and those are available to the working crew.

8. Ensure safety barricade are erected at designated area.

9. Ensure all scaffolding platform shall be passed inspection by

Contractor Scaffolding Inspector also Client Representative.

10. if require, temporary lighting will be provide in area where the

illuminationlevel is not sufficient.

3.2.2 Erection Structure Activity

1. Checking Foundation and Anchor

• Checking anchor with the hole of base plate, distance and
side ofalignment foundation
• Ensure the place material in an easily accessible place in
accordance with the code
• Setting column, bracing and gerd without tightning bolt.
• Erection Main column and welding adjustment per column
• Torque bolt and nut, base plate, welding adjustment and
alignmentper column installation

• Setting rafter every of connections and installation couple

plate tojoint fastened prior lifting activity.
• Labrang installation for rafter support on the left and right side

3. Rafters lifting with 2 cranes on the left and right side, then torque of bolt
and nut after being installed to the column using a man lift every of
connectio

4. Installation rafter for the next column is the same way as before,
until thethird column. Then, purlin installed every connection of rafter

5. Brasing installation
• Installed between rafters as per drawing approved

6. Installation of span skrup between purlin, fastened and adjustment

brasing,suitability and alignment of building using torque moment.

7. Installation of gutter on the top

8. Installation a new wire, rock wool, and other support

9. Wall cladding and gutter pipe installation

10. Final visual inspection

4. SAFETY PRECAUTION
4.1 MAN
a. Make sure the mandatory PPE is use correctly

• Arching Suit
• Electrical/Rubber Gloves

b. Make sure PPE special activity use like body harness for activities at high.

c. All worker shall be follow Safety Induction and training WAH and CSE.
Make sure that “Tool Box Meeting” in the working place is conducted prior
working.

d. Make sure all worker fully understood for their task risk and consequence.
e. All worker for working at height shall be do health check at clinic.
f. Remind worker to take ergonomic position while using hand tools

4.2 METHOD
• Worker must be follow “Working at High” training.
• Work permit already approved from Client.
• Ensure the position of the body is correct.
• Provide safety sign and barricade at work area.
• If working area cannot protect by scaffolding platform, Contractor shall
provide lifeline

4.3 ENVIRONMENT
• All the waste generated from this work will be immediately throw out from site.
