Go to KSEEB website www.kseeb

then Click on Online Services  MARKS CARD VERIFICATION .

I.regIsTraTIon for marKs CarD VerIfICaTIon .
A. Click on REQUESTER DETAILS .
1) Fill all the manadatory details and click on generate OTP to validate your
mobile number through OTP received in your mobile number.
2) If you have more number of Marks card
cardss to verify, then enter the
relevant figure in the box given and this requester details has to be
entered only once. .

B. 1) Upload the scanned copy of your institution/Office covering Letter


through which you are applying and Click on the Save button to upload your
letter in PDF .
2) PDF size should be between 500KB to 1MB.
3) Application Number will be generated and save it for further
communications.

C. Click on the STUDENT DETAILS and enter your Application number
generated to continue .

D. Enter student’s Markscard details as it is in the Marks card which you are
applying
lying for verification without any changes and upload the same Marks card
scanned copy (500kb-1MB) in PDF format .Click on Save and continue .

E. Saved details will be shown as below screen.. If you have more than one
markscard to verify , then continue with “ step-D “ otherwise go to payment
details.

F. After saving two markscard data it will be shown as below screen ( if you
have more number of marks cards to verify it will be added up and shown in
the Grid)

G. 1) Click on MAKE PAYMENT to pay the required fee amount.


2) Enter the application number and click on view to
o fetch the details
attached to your application number .
3) Confirm to continue.

4) Note down your Challan number . and click on Makepayment button to pay
the amount

II. Payment For MARKS CARD VERIFICATION


A. Enter Your Application Number and Choose the Payment method of your
convenience.
For Offline Payment - Corporation Bank Challan.
For Online Payment – All bank’ss credit cards , debit cards , Netbanking ,
PAYTM and all UPIs .
Click on Submit button to Proceed for the payment .

 Once the Payment is completed.

Verification

NOTE :
Upon receiving the message from concerned KSEEB DIVISIONs, The aapplicant
can follow the following steps
1. If you get a message as your Application
App number is “ REJECTED “ kindly
read the reasons for

2. If you receive a message as Authentic or Not-Authentic kindly download
the Draft Report as given b
below and wait for the original signed Report

III. MARKSCARD VERIFICATION CERTIFICATE REPORT .
A. * Click on Download the REPORT.
* Enter the Application Number received in your registered mobile number
* Click on View button to View the REPORT
* Click on Download button to download the REPORT.
