This partnership agreement to run a canteen in Siddhanta Hospital,Bhopal, M.P. entered
into on [Date], by [Partner1] ………..and between [Partner 2]………………, and ……………,
hereafter collectively known as the Partners, shall govern the founding, governance, and
operation of the business venture listed below, hereafter known as the canteen:

Partnership Terms
These terms and conditions are fair and equal to both partners and provide clear guidance
regarding the operation of the restaurant and the participation of each partner.

Whereas the Partners wish to collaborate in the governance, and operation of the canteen,
the Partners agree to the following:

1. The Partners agree to run a canteen in Siddhanta Hospital located at Bhopal in


Indian state of Madhya Pradesh.

2. The canteen’s principal place of business shall be the address listed above. All
records related to the partnership or the canteen shall be maintained at this address.
3. This partnership agreement shall commence as of the date it is signed by both
partners and shall continue indefinitely until rightfully dissolved by either partner.

4. Mr.Deep herein referred to as Partner one has given advance payment of Rs.60000
to Mr.Mukesh herein referred to as Partner two. Further bifurcation of the above-
stated amount is given below:

i) Rs.20000 for the rent of canteen;


ii) Rs.10000 for the rent of kitchen;
iii) Rs.30000 for the advance payment

5. The Partners agree to make equal capital and time contributions as necessary to
ensure the success of the canteen. Revenue earned shall be shared in a manner
stated below:

i) All the costs including rent of the canteen, purchase of raw material and
groceries and overall maintenance of the canteen shall be incurred by the
revenue generated on a monthly basis.
ii) After the deduction of the above expenditure the remaining amount shall
be calculated and distributed equally between the partners on a monthly
basis.

6. The Partners agree to make joint decisions regarding the operation of the canteen.
Neither partner shall make decisions related to the strategy or operation of the
canteen without consulting the other Partner.

7. Neither Partner shall enter into any additional partnerships, contracts, or ventures
related to the canteen without approval from the other Partner.

8. The Partners may continue to engage in additional, non-related business interests,


but must disclose those ventures to the other Partner.
Acceptance
In witness whereof, the Partners hereby enter into this restaurant partnership agreement as
of the dates signed below.
