Growth and Development Activity

This document contains instructions for two cases involving the selection of age-appropriate gifts and activities for children. For a 1-year-old's birthday, the student proposed gifts like shape sorters, blocks, books, textured balls, and picture cards that develop cognitive skills. For a Sunday school class of 3-year-olds, the student suggested games such as puzzles, block building, trike racing, Simon Says, and an obstacle course to engage physical, problem-solving and language abilities. References from the CDC on developmental milestones guided the selections.
