Sir,

We are residents of the PN Roa Secured Valley Subdivision. Our lots are separated from the
main portion of PN Roa Subdivision by the road leading to PN Roa National High School and
Canitoan Relocation.

PN Roa residents were well-pleased with the street concreting done by the city government
within the main portion of the subdivision. We are, however, dismayed that our street located on
the other side of the road leading to PN Roa National High School and Canitoan Relocation,
which is still part and parcel of the PN Roa Secured Valley Subdivision, has not been included
in the street concreting. There are also two other streets after our block that were not included
as well. Our streets are the only remaining non-concreted streets in the subdivision. Photos are
attached to this letter for your reference.

In this connection, we are earnestly requesting the City Government to consider and include our
streets in the concreting project as soon as possible for the convenience of us, residents and for
the passers-by as well.
