How To Use The Keyboard
We hope to seek your understanding that this PDF file was created to provide additional information and instructions
for those who are using our laptop for the first time.
**If you wish to know and learn how to install and activate Microsoft office, please refer to NUMBER 2 directly.
Please take note that WE DO NOT HAVE THE OBLIGATION to install such software but since many of our customers
request for it, we only provide the installer and instructions on how to install it. The very reason why we are doing
this is for you to understand that we do not take any responsibility regarding software because we are indeed selling
the product itself, not the software. So please read everything and follow the steps carefully.
- First of all, Japanese laptops have different keyboard layout compared to other international branded laptops.
So, some of the keys you see may not work as indicated in the symbol. Ex) To type @ sign, press shift and
number 2 in the keyboard.
- To simply put, ignore the symbols in the Japanese keyboard and follow the layout of the English keyboard:
A. For installation
2. Click search and type “Windows Defender”. Click the “Settings” icon (follow the arrow)
4. Turn off the “Virus & threat protection notifications” and click “Virus & threat protection settings” below
8. Click any program you wish you install and the architecture should be “x64”. Click “install office”.
1. For activation of Microsoft office, open the installer again, and click “Utilities” tab.
2. Click Retail -> Activate -> Allow access to “Windows Defender Firewall has blocked some features of this
app” -> Completed!
1. First of all, you need to check if your laptop has activated Windows or not. To do that, type and search
“Windows Activation”. If it says it’s activated, then you can skip this.
2. For those who have not activated windows, follow the steps below:
5. After following the video, you should be able to see this pop up, and this means you’re done:
6. In case that you’re seeing this kind of pop-up, close CMD, and repeat the step until you’re successful
7. To double check if your Windows is activated, click search and type “Windows Activation” :
1. If it’s your first time using the laptop and if you’re experiencing slowness, it might be because the
OS is still downloading the Windows updates at the background. Make sure to finish all the
necessary updates or otherwise, turn off the updates to avoid getting interrupted.
5. Wait until the updates are downloaded & you’ll see “restart” button.
6. Click restart and double check if there are any other updates available
