How to generate a wireframe from a block model

Generate a wireframe from a block model using MODTRI


Convert the visible faces of a sub-cell block model to wireframe surfaces.

1. In the Command bar, run the MODTRI process.   In the File tab complete the yellow required fields, select the
input files and the output file. 
IN-  Input model file.Must contain fields XC, YC, ZC, XINC, YINC, ZINC, XMORIG, YMORIG, ZMORIG, NX, NY, NZ, and
IJK. If it is a Rotated Model then it must also include the fields X0, Y0, Z0, ANGLE1, ANGLE2, ANGLE3, ROTAXIS1,
ROTAXIS2, and ROTAXIS3.
WIRETR -  Output wireframe triangle file.  Note: Include TR at the end of the output file name
WIREPT -  Output wireframe point file. Note: Include PT at the end of the output file name

2. In the Fields tab add a WTOUTFIELD - Name of a numeric field to add to the wireframe output triangle file. The
value of this field is set by the @WTOUTVAL parameter.

3.  Complete the parameters in the Parameter tab and click OK.

4. In the Project Files tab load the wireframe to the 3D window and inspect using the visualization tools.
