My name is Dave Kettner.

I'm a former secondary school teacher who, like a lot of

teachers, got burned out and tired of being underpaid.

I started my first online business, way back in 1998,

almost at the dawn of the internet.

Since then, I've made millions of dollars online. And I've

gone on to help tens of thousands of people build their
businesses and change their lives.

People like Dennis Ogawa, the founder of Moovalight and IMotion Products Group.

When Dennis first started his online business, he struggled for

months. Then he found me, and soon after he launched his first

As I said, I started my first online business back
in 1998.

That was when I was still a secondary school

teacher, making just $22,500 a year. Now, like a
lot of us in the teaching profession. I got into it
because I loved teaching and sharing my
knowledge with others.

But the reality was the salary was so low, I

couldn't survive the month without a second
source of income.

I'm sure you've heard about a lot of teachers, and you might even know a few of them
yourself, who take on second jobs or take on jobs over the summer, to help make ends
meet.

That's exactly where I was, and I had a choice to make.

I could either keep doing what I loved and keep working a second job and spending
time away from my family…

Or I could start my own business, make my wife and kids a priority, and potentially
transform my life.

That's why that January, I started to learn how to build my first online business. And
again, this was at the dawn of the internet age. So there weren't a lot of courses out
there teaching you how to do it. I did a lot of “book learning” at the time.

Here's the thing, most people believe you need

a lot of time and money to start a business.

In fact, that's the primary thing that holds most

people back from starting an online business.

The truth is, with the model I'm going to show you today - the JIT Model - you don't
need a lot of time, or a lot of money.

So, what exactly is this JIT Model?

From Near Bankruptcy To The #1 Car Brand In The

World – Thanks to The JIT Model…

It originated in Japan in the post-World War II period.

Japanese car manufacturers at the time were struggling

to keep up with their U.S. and European competitors. A
key problem was waste.

They were making a lot of cars, but they weren't selling

nearly as many as they were making. As a result, there
was a lot of waste of both parts and completed cars.

That's when an industrial engineer, Taiichi Ohno,

stepped in with an idea that’s now seen as having
saved Toyota, and the entire Japanese car industry.

He created what was called at the time the just-in-time model, or JIT for short.

Today, it's also known as the Toyota Production System.

It's all about improving productivity in the manufacturing process. At its core, it's about:

model, Toyota rules the automotive industry.

They're the most valuable car company in the

world, generating $211 billion per year.

And according to the Harvard Business Review,

they got there because of the Toyota Production

unorthodox manufacturing system
enables the Japanese giant to make the
planet's best automobiles, at the lowest

A typical mug will retail for about $14.95, though you can certainly set the price
wherever you want.

The cost of that mug is $3.95. That’s the price you pay when you sell the mug.

Now, the shipping cost will vary based on where you sell and where it's being shipped
to, but most of the time that shipping cost is passed on to the buyer.

Then, on different sites like Amazon and Etsy, you're going to have different seller
costs. I've used Amazon here just as an example and the average cost to list and sell a
mug like this is $2.41.

So there you have a total potential profit per mug of $8.59.

And again, this is an example the numbers are going to vary a little bit depending on
what platform you sell them on and things like that but we're going to use this number
from here on.

Which means…

So let’s look at those mugs again…

Well, the key is that they send all the traffic to you via the search function.

When people go to Etsy or Amazon, they go there looking specifically for gifts. They
might be looking for shirts or sweatshirts or other gifts, but in this case, let's just say
they're looking for a mug.

They might type in “gift mug for” and then they get a bunch of options like this:

Google is the same way...

You could search terms like coffee mugs for dad. And because Amazon and Etsy are
the most successful sites, they tend to show up first in the Google search results, which
drives more people to those sites.

And here's the best part...

If you setup your listings right, you can also profit from other people's traffic and ad
spend.

Because if you come up with a theme that is very similar to what other people are
selling and using paid ads on, then your mug will get shown alongside them as an
option.

You just need to find the right keywords and then use those keywords to market your
mug.

This is what makes this business model different than anything else you've probably
seen or tried.

It’s Like Having A Store On 5th Avenue…

It's like having a store on Fifth Avenue in New York City. You know if you happen to
have a store on some side street, you need a way for people to find you...

You need to run some ads or have a flyer posted out on the main street or maybe even
a billboard directing people back to your side street.

But if you're on Fifth Avenue in New York, you don't need to worry about that at
all. Because thousands and thousands of people are walking by your store, each and
every day. And while many of them might not pay attention to you, some of them are
going to enter just to see what you're offering.

Selling on Amazon and Etsy is like having your store right there on Fifth Avenue with, in
this case, millions of people per day getting access to your store.

Now if you want to, you absolutely can spend money on traffic. And what that's going to
do is bring more attention to your designs and potentially more sales. But I want to be
crystal clear that it’s not necessary at all to make this kind of income.

And with that, I want to get into the third secret...

Thriving Online Business…
Even If You Fail 98% Of The Time!

Secret #3 is perhaps the most amazing one of all,

the fact that you can fail often, even as much as
98% of the time, and STILL build a successful
six-figure business.

See, here's the biggest misconception about

business - that you need to do all things perfect to
succeed.

But the reality is, don’t aim for perfection, because

you'll never reach it. Instead, you need to focus on just making progress.

Here's the thing about print on demand products. This business is a numbers game.

The key to getting successful mug designs, is to get as many designs loaded on Etsy
and Amazon as you can.

How To Reach $11,453+ / Month By Investing

Just 8 Weekends Of Your Life

Let’s say you load 100 different designs, and only two of them are successful.

By the metrics we defined earlier, that's 4,000 sales per year, which at $8.59 each,
is $34,360 in profit per year.

By extension, it should only take 400 designs max to create eight successful designs.

What I'm going to show you is how to create eight successful designs over the next four
weekends, that's two per weekend.
