1 SCOPE
1.1 This SOP specifies the general requirements for Aluminum Foil heater quality test of refrigerator
1.2 This SOP is applicable only for Aluminum Foil heater (refrigerator)
1.3 This SOP is not applicable any component except Aluminum tube heater
1.4 This SOP in only for WALTON Ref. IQC test lab.
1.5 Defination and abbreviation
1.5.1 Aluminum tube heater: It located inside in Refrigerator compartment and controled cooling temperature
1.5.2 It main function is to heating temperature as per specifications .

2 PURPOSE & OBJECTIVE
2.1 PURPOSE
2.1.1 We need to test our products to determine if they meet acceptance quality limits
2.1.2 As we using Aluminium Foil Heater in Refrigerator we must ensure that no malfunction occur to the end user.
2.2 OBJECTIVE
2.2.1 The objective is to check the Heating test as per specifications & available standard as well as verify the test parameters of Aliminum Foil Heater.
2.2.2 Detect workmanship defects and prevents faulty components
