2005-2007 5EAT ATF Procedure

1) This document provides instructions for inspecting and replacing automatic transmission fluid (ATF) in a vehicle's automatic transmission. 2) To inspect the ATF level, the transmission temperature must be between 70-80°C, then check that the fluid is between the upper and lower level marks. 3) To replace the ATF, drain the old fluid, check its condition for signs of wear or contamination, refill with the specified or recommended fluid, and inspect for leaks.
