The document discusses rewriting two goals from a company called Office Green to make them SMART goals. SMART goal one is to increase brand awareness by 15K website traffic and print catalogs within 12 months. This makes the goal specific, measurable, attainable, relevant and time-bound. SMART goal two is to raise the customer retention rate by 10% within 12 months by improving customer service standards and operations training for plant pals. This also makes the goal specific, measurable, attainable, relevant and time-bound.
