Now the retailer is based in Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne are experiencing
difficulties because of the customer service staff received training to become a
manager has resigned from the company. Reasons cited by staff for leaving are

I was given initial training but I felt I needed ongoing professional

The following had been identified with an assessment for employees.
