5.0 Advantages of MN System

Photometer PF-12 Plus able to use to analyse 3 main parameters in POME using MN in-house
methods.

1) COD
a. Better handling without dilution
i. MN offer low range (Discharge point) until highest range of 60,000 mg/l that suitable for high
range sample especially raw sample in POME. No further dilution is needed. Save handling step
and avoid dilution error.

b. More cost effective

i. No blank required in photometer PF-12 which save the cost of COD tube for blank value.
ii. Furthermore it eliminates the handling for blank value and also avoid error in blank
preparation.
