1. The definition of tumbling and pyramid building and their differences. Tumbling is the
acrobatic skills performed on floor exercise and balance beam, such as back handsprings
and saltos. Also, a specific discipline of gymnastics, performed on a 25-meter-long
dynamic track, in which participants perform tumbling skills and A human pyramid is
an acrobatic formation of three or more people in which two or more people support a
tier of higher people, who in turn may support other, higher tiers of people. People above
the bottom tier may kneel or stand on the shoulders, backs or thighs of the people below
them.
2. In the lesson discussed, what part of the lesson did I find challenging, why?
2. I find challenging is the terms in gymnastic because it’s too many word to learn
but I think its worth it of time to learn because gymnastic has too many benefits in
the body.
3. f I want to be a good gymnast, how can I improve myself to become a better gymnast.
