INTEGRATIVE ASSESSMENT
Quarter 2- Grade 6: Week 1-2

For the Teacher

G– The goal is to create a healthy MEAL PLAN applying their knowledge in the
nutritional value to make the organs of the body work harmoniously to improve the
health of the Grade 6 learners. The quantity of each meal should be in fraction or a
ratio of a whole meal appropriate for the right amount of nutrients needed for a child
who is about 11 to 12 years old. Then the learners will sell the meal plan in a virtual
gallery of designs to be viewed by the teachers and home partners.

R– The learner will play the role as a nutritionist that will create a healthy meal plan for the
Grade VI learners. This meal plan should contain ingredients that are measured in
fraction of a ratio and should contain the price of the ingredient and how much to sell the
meals per pack.

A– The meal plan should be presented in the virtual gallery of designs to be viewed by the
teachers and home partners

S – The learners will apply the skills in language features of various types of
informational/factual text (English) about nutrition and evaluate the truthfulness of the
information about the selection of the meal plan as nutrients for the organ system
(Science) to work together using the appropriate proportions (Math). The learners will
also sell their Meal Plans in the gallery of the school (TLE-HE) of the affordable and
nutritious meal for the growing Grade 6 learners.(MAPEH)

and then create a video presentation of the preparation of the meal plan
