VIN Eligibility: Prior to inspection the Dealer must run and print a Service Comm and vehicle history report to confirm vehicle
qualifications, including: vehicle originally distributed in the U.S., clean title, no open service campaigns/recalls, no warranty
exclusions, no more than 72 months from the original in-service date AND having fewer than 80,000 miles on the odometer.
Instructions: Attach a copy of the Certified Pre-Owned Inspection Report to the Work Order (W.O.) # referenced above. The W.O. is
the document of record for all notes, readings, consult printouts and repairs performed. This Certified Pre-Owned Inspection
Report, along with the W.O., VSC Application and Bill of Sale, may be requested in the future to determine repair eligibility.
If adjustments or repairs are required, please note on Work Order.
