The traditional ‘hot niches’ like weight loss, supplements,
printed t-shirts and souvenirs… they’re known to be super
competitive… which means tough and expensive.

But over the past 15 years, I’ve always found opportunities

What makes the difference?

Why can some sell for a few hundred, while others sell for a
few thousand?

Well, first I thought maybe it’s the TYPE of site they are.

But by and large, these are CONTENT sites, which collate

news from around the internet on the topic.

internet do exactly this! (Yahoo, Google News, Drudge Report

Traditional businesses sell for roughly 2-3x their annual
profits (and take years to build up).

These Crypto websites are selling for hundreds to thousands

of dollars... without making anything, really.

That’s because they’re the simplest and easiest to grow (and

the people who’d buy these sites (like me) want growth).

Once I saw how I’d have to pay hundreds to thousands of

dollars for the types of sites I wanted though; I decided
instead to invest in developing a Loci Farm Site Builder...
