Role and Responsibilities (QA/QC)
Assist Site Management in effective implementation of approved quality plans and QMS procedures
Prepare Project Quality Plan and procedures based on project requirement.
Review method statement, material submittal, test reports, shop drawing & compliance statement prior to
submission.
Conducting training prior to start of activity to staff / workmen for effective implementation
Prepare and take approval from the client for the Inspection and test plan (ITP) prior to start the activity
Conduct Routine Tests on materials & workmanship as per ITP for conformance and maintain records.
Prepare and maintain calibration test certificate of Testing and Measuring Equipment
Verify the delivery order and conduct material inspection based on approved Material Submittal.
Conduct weekly quality meeting & discuss the issues pertaining to Quality
Raise NCR for identified deviation at site/ factory visit to sub-contractor. Review & check
corrective actions and close NCR with necessary inspections
Coordinates with MEP, Sub contractor for the various inspections.
Monitoring works of subcontractors & inspections.
Assist QA/QC Checks, audits and reviews.

Conduct routine test for construction materials as per project specification.
Motivating the site team by highlighting the best practice.
Assisting for preparation and submission of shop drawing for client approval,
