To whom it may concern:

I am writing this letter to inform your good office about the incident happened in our school regarding
the bottled water handed by Hon. Richard Guindolman and his wife last October 30, 2020.

We received one box of bottled water and we discovered that the expiry date was (03 September 2020).

There are six teachers who used to drink the said water and one who experienced minor abdominal
discomfort resulting to LBM.

We are looking forward for your quick response about this matter.
