Elective-Teaching Multi-Grade A. The Multi-Grade Teaching As An Alternative Delivery Mode (ADM)

Multi-grade teaching involves one teacher instructing students of multiple grade levels together. It is commonly used in remote areas with small student populations. Some advantages are that it allows for more individualized learning and builds independence. Teachers use various pedagogical approaches like inductive and deductive methods, as well as traditional and progressive teaching styles. The key is using different strategies like hands-on learning to engage students of different grades at once.
