Problem Statement:
Research downtime of the client’s primary network servers for the month of April and create a
short presentation on the analyses of the collected data.

By analyzing the data and graph 2, we observe that problems causing server downtime occurred
14 days in the month of April. We can also see that the maximum downtime was 145 minutes on
9th April and the minimum downtime was 10 minutes on 5th April and 14th April.

Graph 1 & 3, reflect that problem that caused most server downtime i.e. 45% was ‘Memory
Errors’. The issues that resulted in least downtime minutes i.e. 5% was ‘Slow Startup’ and
‘Manual Re-start’.
