can think laterally to design creative and simple solutions to complex

RECRUITMENT PROCESS

STEP 1
Programming Test: This is an online test with three programming questions in coding.
We are looking for a logical approach and the algorithm. No aptitude test.

STEP 2
Technical Interview: Based on the outcome of the above test, candidates will further
undergo one or two technical rounds. This round evaluates the technical ability of the
candidate. In most of the cases this will be an individual round but it may be grouped
with the formal interviewers.

STEP 3
Final HR Round: Final round of the selection process, where the candidate’s stability
and his confidence level towards the particular work will be evaluated. The interview
focuses on overall personality check of the candidate. Once the candidate is selected,
he/she will be given an offer letter. Company’s executive may provide guidelines about
joining procedure and other prerequisites if needed.

SALARY DETAILS

Designation: You will be hired as a Solution Engineer.

Stipend Details: Stipend of Rs 7,000 or Rs. 10,000 will be provided to the


B.E/MCA/MTech students per month during their training period.
Training period will be of 3 months.

Compensation Structure: We will offer the eligible candidates a compensation of


4.15 lacs, 5.15 lacs & 7.05 lacs. (detailed Structure in Annexure given below)

Inclusive of
Performance bonus which will be paid as per your performance in the company
and will be paidonce you complete one year as an employee in the organization.

Service Agreement: You will have a service agreement of 1.6 yrs, which will start
from day one. If you breach the service agreement you will have to pay Rs. 1,00,000
for students who are eligible for 4.15 lacs salary & 5.15 lacs salary for students who
are eligible to get 7.05 lacs will have to pay 1.5 lacs.
