Job Responsibilities:

 Preparation of Instruments & Junction Boxes, Panels.


 Preparing Piping & Equipment Layout drawings, General Arrangement Drawings.
 Preparation of equipment layouts
 Preparation of Plot plan and Piping Layout
 Preparation of Equipment or Nozzle Orientation
 Routing of piping as per the system requirements using P&ID and project standards
 Clash Checking in PDMS Module
 Preparations of material take off for various pressures and temperature
 Preparing piping layout from P&ID in Isometric view
 Preparing P&ID drawings and drafting.
 Review of Piping specification, Pipe size, pressure drop and pipe thickness calculations
for critical piping which are received from the sub-contractor.
 Review of piping layout, MTO, piping Isometric & General arrangement drawings and
comparison of estimated MTO with Actual MTO.

 Preparing the preliminary site layout, piping layout and estimating the piping MTO for
proposal submission. Issuing the clarifications for the scope of the work in between the
vendors.
 Modeling of Equipment and Piping for different systems like process, flare utility, open
drain and closed drain systems
 Preparation of red mark able in P&ID and Iso-drawings
 Preparation of piping layouts for various process lines
 Reviewing the detail drawings of oil piping and supports.
 Preparation of isometric and Extraction of isometric dwgs.
 Material Take off preparation & project documents and co-ordinate with clients.
 Preparation of P&ID & handled various international codes like ASME B31.1
 Preparation of P&ID diagram using AutoCAD and Micro station.
 Updating the P&IDs with process & Instrumentation Commands.
 Preparation of Reference Drawings Updating In AutoCAD and Micro station.
