Lesson Description  Which Macro Skill do you want to focus on? Writing, Speaking,
Listening, or Reading?

 Is there a new vocabulary word/s that you would like them to learn so
that they can understand your lesson better?

 Are there prerequisite competencies that students should know to

better understand the lesson?

 What were the lessons before or after this? Is there explicit or implicit
connection to the current lesson to the previous or lessons after?

Learner’s Description  What grade level are your students and what is their typical age range?

 Are there cultural considerations we need to take note for this class
composition?

 What is the dominant learning style of your students? (For this one, you
might want to assume since this will be more of theoretical and for
class demonstration purposes only).

Objectives At the end of the session, the learners would be able to:

Have at least 1 cognitive, 1 psychomotor and 1 affective learning objective for

the lesson.

Learning Materials  Based on your planned lesson plan, list all the materials that you will be
using in this section. You may want also to place links where students
can possibly access these materials.

 Are there any props that you might want to include to make your lesson

prepared?
