The conditions of cigarreras in Manila, is being miserable because


the struggles of the employee of the making cigar is being abused of
the soldiers especially those women work in this factory of cigar and
that time the industry of cigar is closing down and the result of
manpower shortage and most of them is belong to the poor family.
2. This excerpt reveal the life in the nineteenth century of Manila is not
shocking anymore because that time the Spaniads is already conquer
our country so that some abuses exercise to our fellow Filipinos that
time because they need to control our country and this aggressive
action is their way to manipulate our country and the Filipinos.
3. These excerpts is related to a discussion about the situation of
women in 19th century in Manila, because remind us the sacrifices of
the women in that century the abuses they feel and experience even
the family members of the women they abuse is they felt those
abuses and miserable experiences give them a chance to be more
stronger and to survive that time to the soldiers and other Spaniards.
