Counter Measure: Usulan Penanganan


Traffic can not be disturbed • Diusulkan penanganan struktural menggunakan bored pile.

• Counterweight? – Penanganan kelongsoran harus dilakukan dalam waktu


singkat, mengingat penurunan kuat geser akibat
weathering proses dapat terjadi sewaktu-waktu

– Penanganan dengan counterweight mengharuskan


penggalian tanah lunak di kaki lereng untuk perkuatan
tumit. Dengan SF eksisting yang minim, penggalian dapat
membahayakan badan jalan.

Because SF is marginal, excavation followed


by replacement and adding counterweight
will endanger the existing road

JEMBATAN PENGGARON PENANGANAN YANG TELAH DILAKUKAN TERHADAP JEMBATAN PENGGARON
Jembatan Penggaron terletak pada km 21, dibangun pada a. Pada Tahun 2011:
▪ Pemasangan horisontal drain;
tahun 2010 terletak di atas batuan clay shale dan sebagian ▪ Pengeprasan (regrading) bukit milik Perhutani;
▪ Menahan pergerakan bukit dengan bored piles mengelilingi bored piles eksisting. Bored piles
di atas batuan breksi yang terselimuti oleh batuan tufa. baru dipasang melingkar pada footing eksisting P2 s.d P7 @18 buah, P8 : 10 buah dan
Dari hasil beberapa kajian geologi dan geoteknik, persediaan bored piles untuk counterfort untuk penahan tebing P9, diameter bored piles hasil
perhitungan diperlukan Ø 1,50 m dengan kedalaman 35,0 m dari dasar footing.
Jembatan Penggaron diduga terletak pada daerah
b. Pada Tahun 2012:
reaktivasi longsoran purba. ▪ Pelaksanaan shoot-create pada tebing P8-P9;
▪ Pemasangan sub-drain disebelah timur P5 sampai sungai Penggaron (pada lapisan debris),
. dimaksudkan agar aliran air dibawah P4, P5, dan P6 dapat terpatuskan secara baik ke arah
sungai;
▪ Menutup lapisan tanah yang longsor di bawah footing P5, agar pondasi bored piles tidak
terlihat/terbuka.
c. Pada Tahun 2014:
▪ Pemasangan horisontal drain pada P8, P9 sampai Abutment-2 dengan kedalaman 30-40 m
▪ Pemasangan 6 (enam) titik inclinometer, 3 (tiga) titik di sebelah selatan P4 s.d P5 (untuk
mengetahui pergerakan bukit), 2 (dua) titik di depan Abutment-2 (1 titik digunakan LAPI dan 1
titik dipantau secara manual) dan 1 (satu) titik sebelah timur laut rekahan KM 21+300 (untuk
mengetahui gerakan tanah di daerah ROW).

PENANGANAN YANG TELAH DILAKUKAN TERHADAP JEMBATAN PENGGARON
d. Pada Tahun 2015:
▪ Perkuatan dengan ground anchor pada P9 – Abutment-2;
▪ Perkuatan dengan Counterfort yang diperkuat dengan ground anchor pada P8;
▪ Pematusan air dengan horisontal drain di bawah (selatan) P2, pemutusan di sebelah timur
antara P4 dengan P5 dan pematusan di P8.

e. Pada Tahun 2016:


▪ Berdasarkan pemantauan inclinometer yang terpasang pada P4, P5, dan P6. Bidang patah
melalui tiang bor perkuatan pada kedalaman 19-21 m;
▪ Berdasarkan hasil investigasi Ir. Muhrozi pergerakan P2 dari inclinometer, bidang longsor
berada pada kedalaman 27m;
▪ Sudah dilakukan perkuatan dengan barisan tiang bor (Soldier Pier) dengan kedalaman ± 42 m,
Ø 1,8m, dengan jumlah tiang bor 83 tiang dan Pengeprasan (regrading) bukit milik PTPN.
