1.Crime control model is based upon the presumption that the repression of criminal
behavior is the most important aspect of police duty and therefore should be given
priority and that inconvenience and harassment of innocent people being involve in the
crime can be justified by the fact that police are only doing their job in fighting against
crime, while Due process model refers to the primary or main object of policing where in
police policy is far better than those guilty men escape rather than one person to be
convicted.
2.The threats of globalization to the law enforcements are the following: increasing
volume of human rights violations evident by genocide or mass killing, the
underprivileged gain unfair access to global mechanism on law enforcement and
security, conflict between nations, and, transnational criminal networks for drug
trafficking, money laundering, terrorism, etc.
3.Continental theory is the theory of police service which maintains that police officers
are servants of the higher authorities or the high ranking officials of the government and
prevails on the continental countries like France, Italy, and Spain.
Home Rule or the Home theory policing is the theory of police service where in the
police officers are servants of the community or the people, they are to maintain peace
and order policy upon their designated station or area and fight off crimes or prevent
anyone from getting involve in crimes.
