1. Introduction
1.1 Background
PT. Smartindo Integrasi System ditunjuk melakukan Preventive Maintenance di
PT. Madhani Talatah Nusantara. Preventive maintenance akan dilakukan
setiap 2 bulan sekali di Data Center.

1.2 Purpose
Tujuan dokumen ini dibuat untuk memastikan kondisi device Server
PowerEdge R740, Storage SC5020, Brocade 6505, DellEMC ML3. Dengan
melampirkan kondisi komponen hardware berupa batteries, CPU processor,
Fans, Network Device, Power Supplies, Memory dan Hard Disk yang diambil
dari management device.

Berdasarkan hasil dari server management iDRAC, kami telah memeriksa
perangkat keras komponen Server seperti power thermal / temperature,
batteries, fans, memory, power supplies, network card, processor dalam
kondisi baik. Dan untuk hard disk berada dalam kondisi baik untuk server.

7.3 Parts Replacement

Berdasarkan hasil pemeriksaan terdapat kerusakan pada HBA FC slot 1 dan
slot 7 pada host 5 terditeksi hanya 8Gbps seharusnya 16Gbps.

7.4 Repair
Pada tanggal 9 September 2020 sudah dilakukan pergantian part pada HBA
FC slot 1 dan slot 7, dan saat ini FC sudah terditeksi kembali menjadi 16Gbps.
