ABSTRACT
On-the-Job-Training or OJT is a job training that occurs in the work
place. It has many advantages, but it can also have few disadvantages if the
OJT is not planned and executed properly. OJT is a part of a college
curriculum that aims to train and orient students about their work in the future.
As an Agricultural Economics student, the On-the-Job Training provides a
background of what is really going on in a certain office. OJT provides the
opportunity in promoting worthy values and developing strong moral character
among other people in the community. It is one of the factors that are helpful
to the students in enriching and enhancing their knowledge learned at school.
In his two months staying in PSAU, KITS Center, after the trainee finished his
allotted 300 hours in his On-the-Job Training, the trainee learned different
aspects such as how to socialize, manage people, and different kinds of office
works accordingly, and how to be an asset in the firm. These things have a
big contribution to become a better employee someday. All those things are
very helpful to the trainee in the future. The importance of On-the-Job training
can enhance one’s attitude and can prepare the trainee for work. Now, the
trainee has learned the differences of the things taught inside the class room
and in actual. During On-the-Job Training, of the trainee he enjoyed the
companion of the officers in the office. The advice of the officers will always
be on the trainee’s mind. Aside from the numerous photos, the moments will
stay on his heart forever. He also learned that communication is very
important when working especially when disseminating information. You need
to be focused to all situations and in work. They have the passion in working
and enjoy the time even if it is a tiring day. The trainee enjoyed the rest of his
training because of friendship and advices of the staffs had shared.

problem that can be identified as denoting or relating to people whose
behavior causes difficulties to themselves and others.
1. Time Management
3. Internet Connection
4. Lack of Supplies
The supplies of the office are not enough to do their work better.
