V. Community Service Project Background:
RATIONALE
A child who does not receive essential nutritive elements can suffer from
malnutrition and will be exposed to serious health problems which can hamper
their healthy development.
Our Day Care pupils should eat nutritious meals and attain their normal
body weight according to their age and height. It is for this reason, that the
proponent started a Supplementary Feeding Program and worked in
coordination with the parents of the pupils, Barangay Captain of Barangay
Caramutan and Barangay Day Care Worker.

well-being, cognition and educational achievement of children and young
people.
Since we are caring the safety of the young children, the group is
trying to make the best possible way and will deliver them to the homes of
malnourished students the free nutritious breakfast right in their homes. But
if the Barangay Councils and the Barangay Day Care Worker allows us to
invite all the beneficiaries in the Barangay Covered Court to serve them the
food, will do so.
So, the pandemic is not a hindrance to serve the community most
